Located directly on the water with TWO private balconies, this brand new 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse in Aruba Bay Resort has everything you could need and sleeps up to 11 people in comfort. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area has plenty of room for everyone to relax in addition to a private patio to sit and enjoy the water views. The amazing kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, an under counter "Sonic" ice machine and all the dishes, pots, pans, and tools to make a fantastic meal. Pelican Point has direct access to the shared dock and boat slips, making this the ideal location to bring your boat and fishing poles. TOWNHOME INTERIOR FEATURES -First floor location, two stories -Flat-screen TV -Private WIFI network -Washer and dryer in unit -Electronic coded door lock KITCHEN & DINING -Fully-equipped kitchen, see FAQ for more details -12-cup coffee maker BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS (SLEEPS 12) -Master bedroom (second floor): King size bed -Second bedroom (second floor): King size bed with twin daybed and twin trundle -Third bedroom (second floor): Two sets of full over full size bunk beds -Living area: Queen size sleeper sofa -Two bathrooms (second floor): Walk in shower and tub/shower combo -Full bathroom (first floor): Walk in shower EXTERIOR -Private patio with chairs and water view -Reserved parking for two -Additional parking is street side -Grills with lounging area nearby CLEANING AND INSPECTION -We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards. -Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom. -These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge. -We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -A two-night minimum stay is required. -Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. -PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days. The location of the townhouse was great, both within the community and on the island. We loved all of the family activities this property offered. House was very nice with a great A/C (always a must during the hot Texas summers). Had a few maintenance issues that were addressed promptly by the management company. Biggest complaint we had was overall cleanliness of the property. House appeared clean on the surface but the floors were very dirty (left your feet dark and found fishing line in multiple places) and we found evidence that other surfaces had not been cleaned very well. We brought the cleanliness up to the management company but it was not addressed during our stay. Overall we loved staying here, just needs to be cleaned better to get a 5 star review.

This is an end unit, right next to the pool. Unit is very nice. 3 bedrooms upstairs. 3 bathrooms, living room & kitchen. Well stocked kitchen. The whole complex is investment property so it either really busy during certain times or empty like it was for us. Love this location.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. Had a great time at the pool and dock fishing. We had a group of 11 and all sleep comfortably. Management was very responsive and the staff at the yacht clubhouse was very friendly. Can’t wait to return in the future.

This place was pretty great. Great location on the water, pool right next door and very short distance to the beach. Had great amenities in the house. Small suggestion, add a few hangers in the closets. Overall, we had an amazing time and looking forward to booking this place again in the near future.

Loved this clean property. Right next to the pool so great for kids. It was so easy to fish right out the back door, and there was easy access to the beach. We will be staying here again next time we visit.

Beautiful property!! Amazing view out back patio of Bay Area with fish, birds, quiet boats floating by….so peaceful. Everything was clean and perfect! Stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful linens. Thank you so much will definitely stay here again!

A very clean, bright, new, and comfortable accommodation. Location of the townhome is perfect, the awesome pool is right next door. My grandkids loved swimming and the slides were a huge hit. Fishing off the docks right out the back deck was also huge hit with my grandkids and the adults as well. The town home accommodated all 11 of us very nicely. The whole area was very family oriented ; nice neighbors. You certainly will not be disappointed if you stay here. My older daughter is very picky and she couldn’t find one thing wrong with the place, which I definitely pointed out to her😀 Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Property is beautiful and clean. This unit is right on the water and next to the pool. We enjoyed the green light fishing, swimming, workout room and basketball court. Short walk to the beach but far enough not to have sand everywhere. We will definitely re-book for a longer stay in the future!

The property was not on the beach. There were no beach chairs or anything to do. The pools were not heated and they were dirty. There was loud construction crew building on the property. No remotes for the tvs

Property had everything we needed. Mattresses were great. We were able to fish from the back porch, making it perfect for young kids.
