Private 6 person hot tub on the back patio. 2 master suites with king beds, 3rd bedroom also has a king bed & 4th bedroom has a queen bed. There is a queen credenza bed in the living room & a futon in the loft for additional guests. Arcade style video game w/ 60 classic games in the loft. 2 assigned parking spaces in front of the unit with overflow parking on the street in front of the complex.

This was a wonderful condo! We enjoyed everything about it. We had a family of 7 and had more than enough room (obviously you can fit more). Everything was clean and easy to find. Condo was very well stocked. Michael is an amazing host and the communication was a 10/10! Loved the close access to the beach. We rented a golf cart from salty dolphin for the weekend. That was a close walk as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better location.

This place was just the BEST!! Michael is a most gracious, communicative host. The place was so clean and so well stocked, inside & out. You pretty much need to bring only yourself. SO close to the beach. If you just want to walk, entry is pretty much across the road; this is the best to catch the sunrise. If you want to drive to the beach, the beach entry is 5 minutes down the road. You will not regret staying here.

We had 12 people in our party age ranged from 1 year old to adult. This townhome was conveniently located right across from the beach and close to markets and dining. There is a mini golf course as well as other outdoor activities for kids if all ages. The host was easy to reach and responded quickly. If we ever decide to go back to Padre Island would stay here again!

We had seven adults and 3 children and had plenty of room. It was so great to have plenty of beach chairs, each towels and toys available to use. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, bowls and other utensils so also very helpful. Would pick this one again for sure!

I would give more than 5 stars if possible. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, including beach towels, kitchen items, toiletries, etc. Michael checked with us several times throughout our stay to make sure things were going well for us. He even offered several recommendations for places to eat. The condo is very close to the beach, just a short walk . We loved the private hot tub and used it almost daily. If we return to this area we will definitely stay here again.

Before getting there, while we were there and as we were leaving, the communication with the host was great. The condo is very well equipped and the complex is in a great location.

Excellent location to beach and services such as cart rentals and dining. The condo was adequate for a family of eight. Household and beach supplies were plenty. Property manager was very response to our communications. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed this property. It is a five minute walk to a section of the beach where cars aren’t allowed so it is pretty empty. Michael had lots of great stuff for the beach so it was easy to pack his cooler and make a day out of it! The location was a great central point on the island making most things on the island and Corpus Christi less than a 30 minute drive in any direction. The house had everything we needed for the week and the kids loved using the Murphy bed as the perfect movie watching spot!

Spacious 2 story townhouse, close to the beach, clean, with added beach chairs, towels, sand toys, hot tub, 3 bathrooms with showers, and community pool with grills! Host was friendly communicating through the website. Check in was simple and we were not bothered by anyone our whole stay. Thanks Michael Scott for sharing your townhouse! We had a blast making beach memories!

Great location great place great times!!! My children & I love the layout. This is the 2nd time we stay at these properties and we find it perfect. Distance to beach. The open layout for family time and meals, just hanging out . I don't even have my phone most of the time I'm just enjoying my little tribe time

We had an amazing weekend and what made our weekend better is the great communication we had. Checking on daily basis and quick to respond when you have any questions. Was beautiful, spacious and felt like home. I'd give it more stars than 5 stars 😊 I will definitely go back.

This 4/3 condo was perfect for our 2 families of 5 (10 total). We stayed over Labor Day weekend and the kids had a blast. There was plenty of sleeping space, bathroom space, and space to hang out. Kitchen was equipped with lots of glasses, cups, dishes, silverware and cookware, much more than any rental we have ever stayed which was nice because we didn’t have to constantly wash dishes. Close location to the beach - we often stay in this area and drive a couple blocks to the access point and drive our truck on the beach. Condo pool was also a nice size with lots of seating and nicely shaded in the evening. Thank you Michael!
