About this apartment rental
4 br/3 ba right across the street from the beach w/ partial Gulf view from the private balcony. Private 6 person hot tub on the back patio. 2 master suites with king beds, 3rd bedroom also has a king bed & 4th bedroom has a queen bed. There is a queen credenza bed in the living room & a futon in the loft for additional guests. Arcade style video game w/ 60 classic games in the loft. 2 assigned parking spaces in front of the unit with overflow parking on the street in front of the complex.

Great graduation trip with my daughter and her friends! Home was in a perfect location and easy access to everything. The extra towels were a plus. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic host! Location was great, just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub. The pool area was also a fav! Would have been 5 stars if the living quarters were just a little larger.

The property is clean. Enjoying the hot tub. Nice beds. Big tvs in each room. The location is great. Check in and out was a breeze. Lots of beach towel. Over all it’s all good.

Firstly, host is great with good communication throughout. I am not sure how often host personally comes to property and we assume they perhaps rely on cleaning company, but we found that we needed to wash all the dishes/knives before anyone used them because nothing seemed very clean/knives put away in block with debris on them, so that was disappointing. Not sure if dishwasher iw working as it should. The property had a strong musty smell - I know this can happen sometimes anywhere coastal but this wouldn't work at all for someone sensitive to mold, etc. We were also unsure of the cleanliness of some of towels and there was alot of sand on the outside seal of the dryer and washer from previous guest. Hot tub was supposed to be a cool feature for the adults of our group to relax in at night and was a reason to book this property over other similar listings but pump was broken so no jets working. The "grill" on site are actually in the pool area. They were the kind you find at public parks and were dirty and we also had no idea we would need charcoal as this was not specified. Location is a bit of a walk to the beach, more than the 5 minutes walking that is advertised but was fine for our purposes. Whole please could use some attention to maintenence and a deep clean.
