Located in Moreno Valley, this attractive house for $300 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Pack your bags for the most relaxing trip of your life at this beautiful Moreno Valley Home. A completely remodeled 4-bedroom, 3-bath vacation rental. Surrounded by beautiful vistas, this luxury home hosts up to 12 allowing them to share a breathe taking mountain setting with an extended deck, island bbq, Private Jacuzzi and Play room game. This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Memory foam mattresses on all our beds. its forbiden to use the pool, gym and common area.

Never happened. Flew to Ca for the vacation and received the cancelation after we landed in LA !!!

We have rented multiple VRBO's, and this was the worst experience yet. First, we specifically rented this home for the Hot Tub that is so well advertised and promoted. Did not work because of an electrical problem. The owner claimed it happened the day before we arrived, but I have a hot tub and can tell this has not worked for a long time. He should have disclosed that, but rather he put pressure on me to send money in fast. We would not have rented this home, if we knew this information in advance and paid a premium for it. The owner was not friendly or willing to negotiate on this important aspect of their property, and a big priority for us.
Also, the walls are dirty throughout the house and worn out. Very tired and used.
The home was done with inexpensive construction, so it is a paper wall situation. You can hear everything in the house whether it is the water heater at night, footsteps in the morning, or any sort of noise.
On a positive note, the beds were comfortable.
Overall, my opinion is this home is not worth the money and buyer beware. I told the owner he should not be on VRBO with his approach and this home. Just letting you all know.

Reality is one room with 2 queens. Only 5 beds. Had to contact VRBO to get owner to make it almost right by providing a queen air mattress.
Not enough pillows and towels. Even after asking multiple times, never got wash cloths. Not enough toilet paper. Thermostat is locked so can’t adjust the temperature yourself. Air hockey table didn’t work. Recliner was broken and kitchen drawer was broken.
There were plenty of dishes, etc. Hot water was great even with 12 adults. Internet was fast. Good TVs.
The home is spacious. A little love and care and this place could be amazing. I hope this is helpful.

My family and I stayed at this house for 5 days and we had a very pleasant stay. The place was clean & very spacious. The house administrator was always making sure we had everything we needed and that felt very good. When we checked out and arrived home, my mother noticed she had forgotten her bracelet and when I contacted the administrator she made sure it was returned to me. It really was a great experience knowing that there was communication between her and her cleaning crew to return the bracelet and we are thankful for that since it has a sentimental value. I totally recommend this house. You will feel like at home! Thank you!!!

Upon entering the house via the garage we were pleased to find a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. Upstairs has a game room that our grandchildren were excited to find along with enough bedrooms for the family.

Need to maintain better
House was clean enough and convenient to our family get together held elsewhere. Many maintenance issues needed attention but we were not using kitchen much, so we were not impacted. Needed batteries in thermostat and TV remote. Dishwasher broken, hot tube broken, no ice maker or fridge filtered water working, handle on microwave broken, only TV station was netflix, had to find and reset breaker for furnace, sink drain stopper missing.

Me, my husband, and our 7 friends stayed here for the weekend from Friday to Sunday. 2 of us parked in the garage and 2 in the street right in front of the house. Plenty of street parking. Pretty Mountain views in the distance. Place was clean and spacious. Jacuzzi in back yard was clean and nice to have and use. Chairs in backyard were very loose. Lots of little flies in the kitchen even with the back screen closed. Dishwasher was not working but host let us know right before checkin. No salt and pepper anywhere. Hot water in shower downstairs was not working for us. Listing said 2 air mattresses provided but could only find one. 2 pillows per bed, really flat and small and not great. Couldn’t find any extra pillows or blankets or towels anywhere. Closets and pantry were all empty or locked. House in general is very empty and not lived in at all. Kind of echoey. No pictures, decorations, curtains or area rugs etc. Those were the only complaints but otherwise very nice/newer house to stay in for a weekend with a small group!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family to stay out while preparing for my sisters wedding. The house was immaculate and super comfy. The location was perfect as we were in town to visit family near by. The set up of the house (play area upstairs) was perfect for those times we needed to take work calls. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and the kids enjoyed the pool. The host was very responsive and addressed any issues immediately. We would definitely stay here again when we return to visit family.
