Convenient location. Breakfast was good but need to fix juice machine. Room was spacious.
Room assigned at first was not cleaned. Dish TV didn’t get regular channels and we couldn’t watch the football game on NBC. Other channels didn’t work at all. Room needs decorating, so plain! Maybe just a few pictures on the walls would brighten it up! Patio needed a cleaning.

I drove from SE AZ to reach the property. It was very easy to find, close to stores (e.g. Walgreens, where I got a tv dinner to cook in the microwave) and check-in was very simple. The room was clean, well stocked, and wonder of wonders, had a full size bathtub (which I immediately took advantage of, after a 6 hr drive.) Breakfast was not the most appetizing, but it was filling. All in all, if I have to pass through Moreno Valley again, would absolutely stay here again 10/10. For what I expected, price was completely top value. There was a beautiful all-black stray kitty in the parking lot that was very friendly-I presume he came from the local neighborhood, for he was fearless and very talkative. I gave him my breakfast meat & egg, as I have a soft spot for black cats. Room was well appointed and everything worked.
The elevator was easy to find, but the room wasn't-grounds could provide better signage. Breakfast was chopped and formed sliced ham and weird eggs that looked like they were freeze dried and reconstituted. I ate it anyways, since I'm not overly picky. Bed was kind of hard and had a dip in the side. I made the classic mistake of not bringing my own pillows, and suffered for it, as the pillows provided were that non-allergenic chopped foam kind, which gave me a neck ache. Lastly - this is a super cheesy, minor, picky complaint but - I'm 63. Was hoping to get in the hot tub, but there were little children shrieking in the pool area. Of course, they have every right to be there, I had little ones once-but I have hearing issues and high pitched noises are painful to me, so I avoided the pool area. This was more than compensated for by the fact that the room had a bathtub. I totally acknowledge that this is a "me" problem and not the fault of the property; just wanted to point it out.

Swimming pool was as clean, and homeless man wondering around the whole hotel.
