Great stay for the weekend! Very spacious rooms that were clean and had everything needed! Great service at front desk and they were able to accommodate me during my early check in.

A/C or some kind of unit outside of our room, I assume was broken as it was loud and constant noise ALL night! Called front desk and nothing done. Talked to house keeper and she stated she has complained about it too. When I checked out, front desk told me they would call maintenance? We just checked out! Bed was uncomfortable. Positive - it was very clean.

The front office person was friendly. What we most loved was our room. It was clean and neat and it didn't smell musty like other hotels we've stayed at. My husband and I travel often, we will totally come back to this hotel in the near future. Very impressed with our room very modern looking.

Noisy after 10 pm and middle of night from other guests. More noise from freeway adjacent to the room. Woke up to blow dryer not working and front desk had no solution. Hair dryers are important when getting ready for morning event.

Staff was great very helpful. Just felt little unsafe due to a lot of transits walking or riding their bikes in the parking lot. Had to sit in my car till staff came out to run them off. Close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Will try them again when in returning for business needs.

Unfortunately, I had to switch rooms after the first night due to the condition of the initial room. Moreover the hotel was under construction as they were renovating several rooms.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. They allowed us to check in early which was very helpful. It’s located close to restaurants and retail stores. I would stay here again.

The Suite overall was very nice and the rooms were very clean, we had no issues with the location itself but out stay there was very poor due to the people saying in the room next to us. The couple in the room next to us were fighting with each other the entire night yelling, slamming doors, etc… in the middle of the night until the morning, there is no sound isolation and everything echoes throughout the corridor so it was extra loud. We did call to complain but non much changed when they were talked to, but that was just our experience at no fault to the hotel.

Our stay was outstanding, compared to other hotels, very clean, had everything you would need on a travel trip with family & as for staff / customer service experience, I recommend to stay cause when go back we plan on staying again.

My son has stayed here quite a bit over the past few months. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. However, this past 4 day stay, the hot water was out. Upon check in, he was informed of the situation and told that he could cancel the reservation. He goes to school in the area and did not know what to do, so he stayed, hoping that the issue would be resolved; it wasn't. How does a hotel stay open for an extended amount of time with no hot water? No discount, refund or placement at another hotel was offered.

Hotel was under construction and stuff everywhere doors didn’t even lock old furniture thrown outside and also a lot of homeless people and drug addicts walking through parking lot and hotel very horrible stay wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

This hotel is under construction but we hardly heard any noise while we stayed here. It’s off of 60 which is convenient but didn’t hear freeway noise. Our door did not lock and the bathroom outlet did not work but the front desk sent maintenance right away and gave solutions. For this alone, we would stay again!

Not sure how this place had so many good reviews. Hair on counter and on pillows. Dirty towel. Window was open when I got there and the room smelled weird. Would not stay here again. Felt like a seedy motel.

The front desk clerk on Wednesday November 8th that was on shift till 11 was absolutely outstanding. Answered and questions and great about recommendations. Initial contact with customers make or breaks your business and she was excellent.

Very nice rooms, spacious and modern. Also very clean and great stuff. For example, the beds are comfortable, the giant hot tub in the rooms are great, the little wine cooler near the hot tub with the glasses were perfect, fridge has a freezer, electric stove top with pots pans and utensils, large microwave, huge TVs in the living room and bedroom, nice balcony furniture and a nice shower.
