I’ve been staying there for 3 months the first gm Tiffany was really nice and understanding always finding ways to help people out recently I didn’t like my stay there is a new gm he’s rude witch is no surprise why his employees are rude I told him about my deposit that I never got back and told me it wasn’t his problem who ever was there before was in charge of it I never got my money back they just steal your money I had payed for a room for a week and they told me I didn’t but I clearly have my bank statements don’t ever ever go there the walls are thin and the bed sucks if you stay long term you have to clean your own witch I thought that’s why the house keepers are there and the workers came inside my room didn’t even knock I don’t recommend coming here because they make you feel uncomfortable the new gm sucks rude he even told me to DoorDash and smiled so I can pay the remaining balance and smilied like making fun of I hate people like that , that never going back ever if they open a new system you don’t get your deposit back because it’s not there problem and there vending machines steal your money and smells like wet dog like the gm

Had to stay there, long term, for personal reasons. Its more of a hotel for long term living, being that it cost an arm and a leg just to rent a damn apartment. Theres only a $150 deposit. Which rolls over, the longer you stay. But don't expect your deposit back once you leave. I left over a month ago, and still havent received my deposit back. Many people staying at the hotel are long term residents. Bed was comfortable. However, its bangs against the wall when "getting busy." Recommend moving the bed from them the wall before "getting busy." They'll clean your room once a week. Hard to get a nice amount of towels. Recommend bringing your own or tipping the ladies who clean the rooms for extra. Some people do a lot of smoking weed, when they're not supposed to. That can be a problem for you, especially when you want your deposit back and they think the smell of weed was coming from your room. So, id recommend a long term stay. But a short stay, find another hotel. They have ine around the corner called the XOLA. That hotel is kind of old, but its was very nice. And you get your deposit back. But there is no kitchen. Always a damn catch 22.

I selected this hotel bcz it was the only one in the area with TWO BEDS we came to town due to a death I. The family so ontop of my sons losing their father they had to share a bed both being over 6’ tall it was the worst trip already ontop of being uncomfortable the two days here I tried to talk to the hotel all they can say is sorry you didn’t book directly with us WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

Very clean room, comfortable bed. It was overall a good experience except for someone smoking outside in the parking lot, all of the smoke smell came into the room. Couldn’t fall asleep until we got rid of the smell

All was ok til I killed a bug as well they could have said cos or energy prices were not included so had to pay $5 a day I don’t mind that just aware me in the registration or front desk make it clear besides that hotel was beautiful would go back

Location is ok however if u don’t mind having dog hair on ur blankets and u don’t have a pet then ok or how about the front desk is never open not even at the top of day I check out at 11 and it was close had to push my keycard under gate also beware of 150 deposit they close desk at 8 pm as well

There is no front desk horrible customer service the guy the works nights have a very horrible actitud very noise to much dogs and very dirty I couldn’t check in I have to wait long time you have to call in order to open service window and no one answered the phone we have to leave in the middle of the night because we couldn’t sleep to much noise

The hotel building itself is fine, but it stinks of smoke (and who knows what else) because it seems like that is the majority of the kind of people who stay there. There was literally NEVER anyone at the front desk when I was there and I always had to call and wait for someone to come down. It was just generally a somewhat shady and inconvenient experience.

No amenities for guests, but overall pleasant experience. Small details of rooms not being thoroughly cleaned. Refrigerator, stove and microwave provided but they don't provide cutlery, plates, cups, etc... a market and several restaurants near by and access to the 60 highway.

No hot water, beds made a lot of noise. Internet connection was horrible. Tenant was causing a scene with front desk very uncomfortable. Would never stay here again

booked my reservation over a month in advance for two queen beds when I got to the property they said they only had a king bed and it was hardwood floor so I couldn’t even sleep on the floor so I booked another hotel paid $800 and was guaranteed a refund and it was not honored by this company our Expedia, so I paid for a room for two nights so that did not even use and it wasn’t even for the room I booked

We needed an ada room and we’re not supplied one. My parents are both handicap and needed the bars. But we were not given that. They stated hotels.com did not book it the way I did. I showed them proof on my end. But they said take it up with hotels.com. Overall they violated my parents handicap rights.

It’s a very nice property for the price but had to wait almost an hour to get checked in as there was nobody working and nobody answering the after hours phone.

Never stay here. Worst experience ever. We had reservations for New Year’s Eve and waited an hour to check in and no one ever came to the front desk. It was 4:45pm and not one employee could be found. I called the hotel’s main number and was transferred around 3 times with no luck. I was told to wait for a call back from the regional manager and no one ever called me back. Nothing was resolved. Luckily we found another place to stay that night.

The door is locked when you arrive,We had to call same number twice before a man showed up to check us in.He was getting help over the phone as if he had never done it before.We w ere given room 203 which is the closest room to two intersecting freeways. ie. the noisiest room in the hotel. Man lied about soundproof, bed was old and needed replacement. We left did not stay 2nd night.WORST

Property was ill staffed, janky elevator, very little amenities (towels/blankets/soap) we bought paper towels, dish soap, plastic utensils, plates just to be able to use the “kitchen”. It was nice that it was new, but will not be for long, the room was barely cleaned (used razors/hair in bathroom). I will not be staying at the property again.

This was the worst stay I have ever experienced! The after hours attendant was extremely rude! I don’t know what was going on outside but it seemed as if there were random people sleeping in their cars, people just hanging out playing loud music, and smoking marijuana. I never felt safe, there was no parking because there was always someone working on their vehicle. There was a blue pickup truck taking up 4 spaces. We were taking out our dogs and one of our dogs began to urinate right outside the door on the rocks, all of a sudden the after hours attendant came out to smoke a cigarette and told us that my dog cannot urinate there and threatened to keep our deposit. The problem I have here is one; he is trying to intimidate, but two; he never told us where the pet areas were to begin with. My sister lives a few miles from the hotel and we were hoping to find a hotel that we could stay at every time we visit but we will definitely not be staying here ever again!

Lots of long term people, lots of dogs, walls are not sound proof, ventilation over stove was recirculated and the fire alarm went off twice throughout the entire hotel in two weeks. Otherwise clean rooms and great deal of booked at one week intervals on Expedia I would stay there again

The room was spotless, its fitted out as a long stay, fridge freezer, stove top, kitchen sink and microwave. Basic bed, but no coffee service in the room, bedside dresser only on one side of the bed… very friendly staff, great value for money!

We had issues checking in there is no staff on site to help you out after 8:00 p.m. there is a person that is supposed to live on property that is supposed to help you with checking in after hours but when we got there we couldn't get a hold of anybody. So I didn't get to stay there that day, but I did get a refund from Expedia. So I booked the room for 5 more days and when we went to check in their system was down The gentleman who we spoke to in the beginning was very rude and very unwilling to help us he just told us there was nothing that he could do. We called back later on that day and asked if their system was up and they said yes that we can come and check in so we went to the property to check in and the system was down again. We were very upset and the general manager was very helpful and very apologetic for her staff being rude and did assure us that she did have a conversation with them being as this was the first time they had experienced their system going down and everybody panicked. So I appreciated the fact that she addressed the issues of the rudeness with her staff. Once we finally got into the room it was beautiful inside it's a brand new hotel it has a full size refrigerator full size microwave and also a stove top for cooking the bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean and it smelled good inside the room it was also very quiet so I definitely will be rebooking this hotel when I go back to Riverside.
