Located in Snowmass Village, this lovely condo for $325 per night is a great option for your next break. Snowmass Village 1624 Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Located on an 18-hole golf course, this Snowmass Village condo comes with stunning views of Mt. Daly and the ski area, plus a free shuttle to the slopes and downtown Aspen. Spend your days hiking or biking on one of the countless trails in the area. The magnificent Maroon Bells, the most photographed place in Colorado, is just 20 minutes from the condo. There are also biking trails accessible right from your door. Upon arrival, park up to two vehicles in your allocated spaces. An elevator will bring you to your single-level condo on the second floor. On entry, you’ll find a laundry closet with a stacked washer/dryer and a guest bathroom with a tiled shower/tub combo. Enjoy meals in the adjacent dining area, where a pinewood table seats six beneath an elk antler chandelier. Steps away, an open living area features a wood-burning fireplace and a 55” HDTV with cable. Settle down for a movie night, or hook your vacation playlist up to the Bose sound system. Outdoors, a private deck offers a stunning view of the jagged peak of Mount Daly. There’s a table with seating for four and a gas grill for BBQs. In the primary bedroom, sprawl out before a 40” HDTV with cable. In the mornings, take a soak in the en suite bath with a tiled shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom holds with a 42” HDTV (also with cable). WHAT’S NEARBY Hop in the car and drive four minutes to the Village at Snowmass and the Snowmass Mall, or just 15 minutes to downtown Aspen. This year-round destination offers amazing woodland hiking and mountain biking trails just minutes from the condo. Other activities include fly fishing, horseback riding, river rafting, jeep rides, and wonderful festivals. In summer months, swap the slopes for rapids and go white-water rafting with Blazing Adventures (a seven-minute drive away), or slow the pace with one of their woodland hikes, culinary trips, kayaking, or bike tours. Local eateries are also within a five-to10-minute drive. Swing by Taster’s for pizza, check out The Edge Restaurant and Bar for German favorites like schnitzel and veal, or head to Venga Venga Cantina and Tequilla Bar for authentic Mexican dishes and an outdoor patio with fire pits and mountain views. Guests for this home do not have access to the Snowmass Villas Club, however, the Snowmass Rec Center is a short walk from the home. THINGS TO KNOW The guest bedroom no longer includes a twin bed. It only has a queen bed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. The property was warm and cozy. There was plenty of room for my family and I. The view was incredible, and my kids were able to play and sled in the back of the property. There were quality amenities as well. I would stay in this property again.

Condo was great! It had everything we needed and was super clean. The porch with the mtn view was beautiful. We enjoyed the brisk cool evenings and mornings with coffee on the balcony. Very nice accommodations, quiet, great location. Highly recommend.

A beautiful location in Snowmass with all that we needed. It was just my adult daughter and I so we both had our own bedroom and bathroom, plus lovely views over the golf course to the mountains. The condo was well equipped, though we did not do any real cooking, (just breakfast). We had no issues at all with the condo and had a lovely 3 days hiking, doing yoga and visiting Aspen. A perfect little get away.

We really liked the condo, but was very noisy, forget about sleeping in. Should have place for skis, evidently the neighbors thought putting them in the walkway is acceptable, so was difficult when we left to not knock their skis over. Ice maker was not operating, but otherwise the interior was very nice and comfortable.

Home was very well appointed and also in a great location. Just outside of Aspen and Snowmass and it is very easy to get to either if you want. It's very quiet with some beautiful views.

This unit had modern appliances in a quiet neighborhood near a golf course (although we don’t play). Unit was clean, two bedrooms, two baths, great view of the snow covered mountains. Does not have air conditioning but we were comfortable with fans and open windows. I would rate higher but we had a problem with the code entering. Turns out someone changed the locks which the property manager was unaware. Spent two hours trying to figure out how to get in. Kudos to Marquesa (I’m sure I misspelled your name but you know who you are) at Vacasa trying to help us. You were a champion! Highly recommend in spite of the initial problem.

Great location !
Unfortunately the unit was not clean. Bathrooms were OK but kitchen, closets, floors , surfaces not clean. Coffee left in coffee maker , trash on deck, blankets in for turn to Fall temperatures had to pull comforter out of bag and wash it !

Gorgeous view-Rental was spotless! Well stocked kitchen and bath supplies, great beds too. Shared with another couple, plenty of room. Previous comments on furniture were found to be not as awful as posted. The love seat could use new cushions or support under the cushions, but great for napping! We found the couch to sit just fine. As we were there for fall colors did not spend much time there. Everywhere was beautiful. Easy access to Aspen, Maroon Bells and Snowmass Village which was mostly shut down for the off season, no restaurants open there until Thanksgiving, plenty of options in Aspen.

Furniture was horrible, broken down sofa, broken umbrella. Faceit in kitchen hdid not have a mesh cover so ever time you used it Water went everywhere. Location was beautiful but never rent this condo from this owner. Charges twice what Turnkey ask and never repairs anything. Turnkey tried to help but couldn't replace umbrella without approval from owner. Owner had secured Wifi but did not let renter have password. Thank goodness for a neighbor he let us use his. Needed to take care of family business on line. Yes they do have an open Wifi for Turnkey but it is unsecured. Only perfect thing was the view and wonderful trails to walk. Getting around the Village was so well planned by the complex.

Most uncomfortable place to stay.
Furniture was so broken down that if you sat on sofa or love seat you went to floor. Couldn't sit on patio since the umbrella was broken. Owner wants twice the amount than going direct to TurnKey then spends NO Money on upkeep.
Only good thing about this place was the view and ease getting around . Folk at TurnKey who manage this for owner are so nice. But their hands are tied with issues inside. Have to get permission before they can get anything fixed

Great property and location
The location was great with nice finishes. The only negative I had was confusion related to access to the fitness club. The listing showed photos of the pool and it turned out access to the fitness area was not included even though it was the same name as the condo complex.

Our family enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was in a great location, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the view from the patio, as well as the well appointed kitchen and the board games that were available for our evening down times. Aspen is only a 15 minute drive.

The condo was a very up to date 2 bedroom. I was also impressed with how well stocked it was left for guests. The kitchen had the best supplies out of any I have ever stayed at on vacation. Turnkey was also very accessible to answer any questions. Excellent customer service

Very nice apartment. Good facilities. Great Views!
We stayed in Snowmass village for 4 nights and we had a wonderful time at this apartment. Both bedrooms are quite spacious and have very comfortable beds. The views of the golf course and mountain in the back are fantastic! The only disappointment was the kitchen which is fairly modest and more importantly was not at all stocked (for a vacation home, this has become par for the course now). It felt more like a kitchen of a hotel rather than a vacation home. We also had the issue of the entry code not working when we reached there and getting through to the agent on the phone was a long 30 min wait. But once we got through, they provided a new code and it worked fine. Overall a good condo.

Fabulous view from the outdoor balcony!
This is a great Snowmass Village condo with an absolutely gorgeous view! Our favorite place was the outdoor balcony/patio, furnished with a gas grill and table, chairs and an umbrella.
We also enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and the large dining room table with 6 chairs! Overall the property was well maintained, clean and comfortable. Thanks!

The condo was conveniently located. It was clean and well stocked with everything you need. We had a hiccup with getting a code to unlock the door upon arriving but was resolved in about 15 minutes after arriving. The owner even allowed us access to use the Snowmass rec center since the amenities at the condo are off limits. As with many mountain condos there is no air conditioning, which wasn't too much of an issue since it cools down at night but is helpful to know in advance. Overall, enjoyable place to relax.
