Guest will have access to the entire house with exception of a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory. Being that we are in the suburban part of Austin a car is almost a must, but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options. Our home is located in a family centric area, as a result we have a strict NO illegal drugs policy including marijuana allowed in or around our property. Violators of this policy will be required to leave our property immediately resulting in the immediate cancellation of their reservation with NO refund. We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown. We do ask that you remove your shoes while inside our home. We won't judge if you choose to bring your bunny house slippers.
