Great for Disney as it has a shuttle bus to the parks, room was nice. Nice facilities including a room with consumables you can use like combs, toothbrushes, chopsticks

The in-room foot/calf massager is heaven sent! We basically missed it especially after we checked out and continued on with our trip to Tokyo and Osaka. The free Disney shuttle is also a plus. The free amenity bar and welcome drinks/snacks at the lobby are both great as well.

The location was good, nice and close to a shopping centre and easy access to Disneyland and Disneysea
It was dirty, we stayed at 7 hotels during our trip and this was our least favourite. Very unkept, windows, elevators, flooring all dirty. Large school group staying and very noisy, we even had kids running up and down the halls and pressing the door bell and running away and all times in the night. Floors above us noisy. Staff not helpful or friendly like other stays. Lolly bar was poorly kept and same lollies were there for our week long stay.
