Large Living Room with 70" LED TV. Fully stocked kitchen with major appliances, 4 Queen size bed, 1 king size bed, two bunk beds to sleep max 14 guests. The house is conveniently located 5 minute walk to beach for sunset and sunrise and 5 minute drive to Moody Garden and major attractions.

Everything was okay, we enjoyed our stay at the house. The only thing was the place wasn't as well put together as the pictures seem. Roaches was roaming the house from time to time and we had a couple of rat friends in the back yard the 3 days we were there. The fridge almost ruined our meat because the temperature was would not set right. Hot tub also had a very bad chlorine smell, I don't know much about pools and stuff but just wanted to add that in. At the end of the day everyone in the house found these issues to be funny since we don't really mind. The host was not that friendly the whole time, just sounded like they had to get their job over with. I don't know really...

Mixed Experience - Great Space But Needs MaintenancePros:Ample Space: Easily accommodated our large group of 14 people.Comfortable Beds: Everyone slept well and the bed quality was great.Cons:Broken Hot Tub Jets: Only half of the jets in the hot tub actually worked.Cleanliness Issues: We found roaches on the bedroom floors and the BBQ grill was completely filthy.Bad Odors: Both the kitchen and laundry room had a strong, persistent smell of mold.Poor Arrival Prep: The patio furniture was not set up for our arrival, forcing us to do it ourselves. The tubs the cushions were in were wet from the rain the day/night before. Maintenance & Yard Work: The outdoor deck has rotting wood. Additionally, the yard was mowed during our stay, which kicked up debris and triggered a severe allergy illness for one of our guests.The house has great potential and plenty of room, but it needs a deep cleaning and maintenance.
