Situated in Castle Rock, this lovely house for $160 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Our downstairs apartment with a private entrance offers all the comforts of home in a newly remodeled and fully furnished space. Relax on the recliner sofas and watch a movie, or get some work done with scenic views of the open space and mountains. Sleep comfortably on our memory foam mattresses and wake up to a variety of hot drink options at the coffee bar or cook a meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. Within minutes of parks, trails, outlet shopping, dining, & Castle Rock Adventist Hospital. Spacious open floor plan with convenience and comfort in mind. Fully equipped kitchen, coffee/tea bar, and large dining table. Comfortable recliner couches with cup holders, charging ports and a large screen smart tv. Bring your streaming passwords or use our guest account. Virtual Reality gaming area with an Oculus Quest 2 VR headset. Dedicated work space with docking station, monitor, mouse and keyboard, ethernet port and scenic views. Full sized washer/dryer tower. Spacious king bedroom, and a cozy queen bedroom, each with a smart tv and an adjustable heater. WIFI available throughout the unit for streaming and scrolling. Exclusive use of the outdoor covered patio with BBQ grill, comfortable rocking couches and chairs, propane firepit coffee table, and unique bird and squirrel feeding tree art. Occasionally we are visited by deer, fox, coyote and other wild life. **Our house has been converted into two different units, with your private guest apartment downstairs and the hosts on the main floors. Your private entrance is located through the gated backyard. The lit pathway from the front yard does have a relatively steep grade to it, but no stairs. Persons with mobility concerns should inquire further prior to booking.** The deck above the guest patio is for the hosts use.

This property was everything I was looking for. It was on the edge of a residential neighborhood with a nice view and quiet relaxing atmosphere.
It was super clean and exceptionally well stocked with all the home supplies and amenities you could want.

What I love most is the view of the backyard and it is exactly like the picture of the property. I had breakfast every morning in the backyard during my stay. Ryan had prepared everything we need in the property including female hygiene items. We didn’t try the VR as both of us wear glasses but isn’t it cool to have VR set up? The beds are comfortable too. There are enough bath robes and beddings in the closet. The extra blankets inside the coffee table keep me warm when sitting in the backyard!

This home was amazing. It was beyond well stocked and very clean. The Mountain View’s from the backyard were gorgeous and the bird feeders in the backyard added an extra nice touch. We will absolutely be staying here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds are very comfortable and the entire space was very clean. The owners have gone above and beyond to provide every possible thing you might need. The patio is a great place to enjoy breakfast or dinner. The neighborhood is quiet.

Matt and Ryan are the ultimate hosts. It was our first time staying at a VRBO, and they’ve set the bar high for our future trips.
In the Meadows, they’ve created a special place where families can enjoy spending time together streaming content, playing board games or VR games, while also providing spaces for individual self-reflection, such as the peaceful patio outside overlooking an expansive meadow.
For those who need to keep connected to their workplace, the high-speed internet connection and external monitor waiting for you comes in handy.
The place is well-appointed with luxurious bathrobes and slippers, blankets and throws, kitchenware, and toiletries you may have forgotten and others you didn’t know you needed. The kitchen pantry is stocked with some snacks, fridge has condiments and cream for your coffee/tea, and the coffeebar offers different choices for coffee and tea.
My family and I felt welcomed in their place, and would stay again with them in a heartbeat.

Above and beyond expectations! We had to cut our trip short due to the impact of hurricane Ian. We where sad to leave as this property was wonderful in every regard. Everything one could hope for was supplied in abundance. We are looking forward to our return. Very gracious host!

We have stayed in several VRBO, but none even compared to the level of detail or cleanliness that this home has. No corners were cut, and the extra surprises were amazing. The back patio is beautiful. The pictures do not even come close to the story they are trying to tell. We stayed one full week and will schedule our next Denver visit around availability here.

We can't recommend this unit enough and hope you will enjoy it as much as we did! We will definitely stay again next time we are in town!

Best VRBO- owners are AMAZING as is view
We stayed for a week while going thru IVF. This was the perfect place to feel at home. Very relaxing! We were able to work remotely and enjoy the beautiful view. The owners go 1000% above and beyond. We can’t wait to go back!

This place is a gem! We can’t say enough about this well appointed apartment. I love Christmas and I always hesitate being away from home for a week during this time because I want to take in as much of the holiday cheer as possible. What a surprise to walk in and everything was decorated beautifully. We had our own tree if that tells you anything. It was awesome and decked out. Ryan wanted to be sensitive of religious and cultural differences and asked us beforehand if it was okay to put up Christmas decorations before our stay and it worked out. That was incredibly thoughtful of him to ask. I’m an OCD clean freak and I felt very comfortable. The beds, couches, throw blankets, towels, robes and slippers were very nice and comfy. The kitchen was fully loaded with everything you can think of. The view outside the door opens up to a beautiful green space and they have a great set up with a fire pit to make s’mores (which they provided all of the fixings in the cupboards). We would love to come back during the summer, so we can hang out back when it’s warmer. My husband worked from the apartment a few days out of the week and the work station was perfect for him. We met Ryan and chatted on our way out one day. He’s very friendly and easy to talk to, we really liked him. He is an amazing communicator and responded right away to anything we needed during our stay. We used to live in the Meadows and moved away a year and a half ago. We wanted to be in the heart of Castle Rock and to be near my husbands corporate office and friends. This was exactly what we were looking for. It’s close to everything. It’s a must stay. Ryan and Matt’s apartment will not disappoint. It’s absolutely wonderful!
