About this apartment rental
This is a 1 bedroom fully furnished condo with an amazing view of the beach and the USS Lexington. The condo is setup with 1 queen bed in the bedroom, bunk beds in the hallway and a queen size sofa bed in the living room.
This condo sits on the beach in a gated community. There are 2 beach access gates that you will need a gate key to get back in the property. Or if you feel like lounging by the pool we have 2 swimming pools on the property, 1 being heated which is perfect for those cooler nights. There's also a outdoor Tiki Hut area with a fire pit and tables & chairs, perfect for cooking out or birthday parties. You can also find charcoal grills and picnic tables through the property.
Things to Note:
There is a non-refundable $20 check-in fee, which is payable upon check-in. This covers your parking pass, gate keys, and wrist bands for the pool area. You can feel safe knowing security is on site 24hrs monitoring the parking lots and gates.
We are in the process of upgrading our resort so there is some construction going on in the walkways by the elevator but nothing near the condo.
Around the Neighborhood:
There are many great places to visit close by. Blackbeards would probably be my favorite place on North Beach. I recommend the seafood queso.
Fajitaville is a very cool beach restaurant/bar. They have volleyball, cornhole, and other fun games for the whole family.
The USS Lexington is a short walk from the condos and the aquarium is just a little bit further. You could walk it but I’d recommend a car or bicycles if you have kids.
Across the Harbor bridge on your right you’ll find Whataburger Field where you can go watch the Hooks play some baseball and also Hurricane Alley Waterpark.
Downtown is only about 5 mins away. There are many restaurants, bars, parks and sites to see. Some of my favorites are Water Street Oyster Bar, Crawdaddy’s, Dokyo Dauntaun, Executive Surf Club, and Republic of Texas Bar and Grill.

The room was very clean and had a variety of dishes and utensils to use. I did buy two pans to cook with. The ones there are stainless steel. Host replies super quick. There is still quite a bit of remodeling being done on the property but it did not bother us. Beautiful view of the beach and the bridge from our balcony! There are two pools but we had a busy weekend and didn't get to use them. We would definitely rent again!

Easy access to the beach. Balcony has a beach view. Condos are under construction, but it was not noisy. Parking fee is 20. I would stay here again.

We arrived at the property to see that it was pretty much under complete construction. Plywood everywhere looked like it should have been shut down. We checked in anyways since we had already paid entered the room to find that it had not been cleaned after the previous guest. Called the host she was very apologetic and found a cleaner to come right away. Online the description says there are various things to do near by but come to find out there was one restaurant and the USS Lexington. Everything else was either under constructions being torn down or dilapidated. Not a great first impression for our first time to Corpus Cristi.
