About this cottage rental
Located on the Cayuga Wine Trail and 8 miles to the Seneca Wine Trail. Travel down a long gravel driveway to a modern cottage hidden back in the trees. Enjoy peaceful campfires, relax in the hot tub with a glass of wine, or watch Netflix and Disney plus on the 50” smart tv. There are also board games, crossword puzzles, and card games at the cottage if you prefer to stay in. Beautiful open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs. Kitchen features a coffee bar with a Keurig and complimentary k-cups(coffee, decaf, cocoa, and tea) along with sugar, sugar substitutes, sugar free flavors, and creamers to make your favorite cup of joe. The cottage has a well, because it is so far back from the road, so once in a while there may be some smell from the water. We do use special water filters so the water is good to drink, cook, and bathe in. We have a Brita water filtration pitcher and bottled water if guests prefer. For the wine and beer enthusiasts you could stay for weeks and still not manage to visit all the wide array of wineries and breweries in the area! Don’t worry though, we are taking the liberty of providing a detailed list for you at the cottage. There are plenty of activities to do in the area too. Located on the Cayuga snow mobile trail if guests want to bring their sleds with them to ride. Sheldrake and Deans Cove public boat launches are minutes away for boating enthusiasts. Boat rentals are available in the area. Taughannak Falls and Seneca State Park offer hiking trails and beach swimming. Sampson State Park has miles of bike paths to enjoy. There are also many golf courses in the area. Deer Haven Park offers tours to observe the biggest herd of white deer around protected by 24 miles of fencing. Other area attractions within an hour of the cottage include Bristol Mountain Ski Resort, Greek Peak Indoor Water Park, Watkins Glen International Raceway, Cayuga Lake Boat Cruises, Museum of the Earth, Waterloo Premium Outlet Mall, and the Del Lago Casino.

loved the cozy little cabin in the woods with squirrels leaping from tree to tree. Enjoyed coffee on the spacious porch, the comfy furniture indoors, and all the thoughtful accessories available.

Celebrated our 20th anniversary with a quick mid-week trip. This cute cottage is just as advertised! Clean, quaint and a great place to relax with the hot tub. Amanda’s blue binder was a great addition and helpful too! Well located between lakes Cayuga & Seneca - you get the benefit of close proximity to many wineries! Also less than 30 minutes to Ithaca & Watkins Glen.

Property looked exactly like it did in the pictures. It was super clean and so cozy. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening. It has everything you need to feel right at home. Spent one afternoon just sitting on the covered porch reading and it was so quiet. I couldn't find the coffee and messaged Amanda and she replied immediately. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it.

My wife and I were only up here for 2 nights but it was a stunning trip! The cottage was absolutely perfect, incredibly well maintained, and very close to many vineyards. Super easy communication, check in-out, and a very safe and comfortable space. Will definitely be checking back in here in the future! Great rental!

The Cloud Wine cottage was amazing! Great location in between Cayuga and Seneca Lake so you get to experience all that the Finger Lakes has to offer! Super-clean, amenities were fantastic! You don‘t have to pack your kitchen and bathroom for your stay or overspend on little things like coffee, spices, kitchen accessories, etc. Fantastic deck, hot tub and fire pit! Communication with Amanda was great and easy! We will definitely be back!

We stayed a few days at this cute little cottage. The place was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces very much-fire pit area, porch and hot tub. We would stay again if ever back in the area.

Our weekend at Cloud Wine cabin was fantastic! The cabin lives up to every expectation. The owners were fabulous and have thought of EVERYTHING! The cabin is stocked with anything you could possibly need including firewood, brand new toothbrushes, hair ties, and much more. If you forgot something they probably have it for you. The binder of information was so helpful too. I can’t say enough good things about our weekend. If we are in the area again we will definitely be staying at Cloud Wine cabin!

This cottage was the best. I spent a lot of time looking for the best possible place to stay for my trip to the finger lakes and was happy I chose Amanda’s cottage. It was extremely clean and well stocked with all the necessities. Check in and out process was extremely easy and communication was better then expected before and during the trip. The cottage was extremely cozy and comfortable to where we spent most of one of the days on our trip hanging out relaxing with no intentions of leaving. Will definitely be staying again

This cottage was like staying at a friend’s house and not a VRBO rental. Super clean and a lot of attention to details. We loved being able to relax in the hot tub after a long day of winery hopping. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay at the Finger Lakes. You will not be disappointed!

This was a great little property. There’s a lot of small details that were just a cherry on top (like sandals for the hot tub, hair ties in the bathroom, tons of seasonings for cooking there). Amanda is very responsive and although I didn’t need anything while we stayed, I followed up with her to let her know we left early and she responded almost immediately. It’s a great place to stay.

Beautiful place to enjoy and relax! All the amenities we needed and wanted. We eloped in the gardens at Cornell University and had a beautiful week. The cottage was the perfect location to everything and so clean and cozy. Amanda was very responsive and thoughtful with providing everything you could think of needing! The ho tub was wonderful to relax in after a long day hiking. We can’t wait to return again to celebrate our Anniversary. Thank you for providing such a beautiful experience!!!

We had a great experience here at the cozy cottage. It had everything we needed and more! From the great location to the privacy and the nights for relaxing in the hot tub, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Would most definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area!

This cabin is about a 30 minute drive to both Ithaca and Watkins Glen. The cabin was clean and fully equipped. A welcome basket and other thoughtful touches were throughout the cabin. I would definitely stay here again.

Cloud Wine is a very cozy cottage located on a pretty wooded lot. Located between Cayuga and Seneca, it was easy to get to many wineries and breweries on each. The kitchen was well equipped and included coffee, many condiments and spices, and much more. The hot tub was so relaxing and firewood was already in the fire pit just waiting to be lit. Having coffee or drinks on the side porch was so enjoyable and peaceful. We would definitely consider a return visit!

Amanda has supplied everything a guest could possibly need. The house was inviting and very clean. It was centrally located and easy to find. We made trips to the various waterfalls and wineries in the area. We hope to stay here again. Thank you.

CloudWine cottage is an awesome place to stay! We had such a great time exploring the area-especially for outdoor activities. We hiked, biked, dined, and visited a variety of breweries. Each night, we relaxed either on the front porch or in the hot tub. Our host was so considerate and the cottage was immaculate. Highly recommend!

We loved the clean, nautical and modern decor. We were extremely comfortable during our entire stay. This property is exactly as pictured, and has all the amenities one could possibly need. Amanda was very responsive and clearly knows what good hospitality means. We were welcomed with a basket of yummy snacks and a fridge full of chilled bottled water. The coffee and tea selection was phenomenal, with every kind of sweetener or creamer you might need. We had everything we needed for preparing simple meals, but other than breakfast, we ate in restaurants. Great, private location, but still just a short drive to wineries, cideries, distilleries and the lake. Loved sipping coffee on the comfy porch furniture in the morning, relaxing in the hammock, and soaking in the hot tub. Used the Smart TV to watch Netflix in the evenings, streaming was smooth and uninterrupted. Perfect for our anniversary getaway. Would absolutely stay here again. One recommendation - the first day we were there it was very hot, above 90 degrees. The single window air conditioner cooled the entire first floor just fine, but didn't seem to be enough to cool the loft that day - it was kind of warm and stuffy up there. The second day was in the low 80's and that night the loft was cool enough. I would suggest the property manager consider a 2nd A/C unit for the loft for very hot summer days. Also the water might be from a natural spring. It had a mild mineral/sulfur odor. Didn't bother us, but people with sensitive noses might find it off-putting. Not sure there's anything that could be done about that. All in all a wonderful place, and enjoyed every minute...didn't want to leave!

Great location for Cayuga Lake wine tasting
The entire experience was effortless from the booking to the checkout, we couldn't have been happier with our stay! The property is secluded and has everything you could want for a quiet weekend getaway. Especially loved ending our days in the hot tub. You won't be disappointed if you book through Amanda!

Perfect!
What a cozy perfect place to stay! Very clean and well maintained property. It had everything you needed and plenty of games and stuff to do. Close to many wineries and hiking trails with beautiful waterfalls. It was exactly what we where looking for and did NOT disappoint. Would love to stay again and would highly recommend to others.

Superb A+ Experience
From the moment you step into the cottage you notice the exquisite decor and well-maintenance of this property. Amanda was amazing in making our stay comfortable with thinking of small details with bathroom essentials, slides for the hot tub, and her amazing coffee station. Her communication skills were incredible. Hands down the nicest house and communication we’ve experienced with VRBO!

Perfect destination for relaxation
We had an absolutely amazing girls weekend! Having so many games in the house made it so easy to spend time together and the hot tub with the color changing lights around it was our main spot during our stay. The property is in a safe location, there are houses nearby but far enough away that you have privacy. There were regular bath towels, black make up remover specific wash cloths, and beach towels. The coffee bar was fully stocked and so yummy! We loved trying the different syrups. Both beds were extremely comfortable and there were so many extra blankets, it was lovely!! The host has everything you could possibly need for stay, all the way down to hair ties. The cottage is so cute and a perfect size! Plenty of storage in the bedrooms as well. The only thing that was less than perfect was that the walkway from the car to the front door was a little mushy and muddy from rain, but there were a few stones so we were able to mostly avoid the mud. We are so excited to come back to this house for our next getaway!!

The property was extremely well appointed and decorated very cute. It was equipped with games, books, Netflix and other applications. Nice deck with outdoor furniture and covered area with a hot tub. Kitchen was very stocked and super easy to order in or cook a meal there. Check in and communication with Amanda was quick and easy! All the comforts of home and beyond!!

Cozy cabin in wine country!
We had a wonderful weekend away, enjoying some wine and relaxing in such a peaceful setting. The check in process was super easy. Amanda was so easy to work with, and quick to respond to the couple questions that I had. She has thought of everything to keep on hand, incase you left something at home. There are movies, games, books, extra blankets, and a fully stocked coffee bar! We are so glad that we found this cabin to rent this year, we can't wait to go back next year.

This cottage is just as beautiful as the pictures and is full of comforts, amenities, and character. It's cozy, especially the couch area and the lofted bedroom. We had a lovely time waking up and looking out the window to watch the birds at the feeder.
The owner has thought of everything and is very communicative and helpful. We couldn't recommend this place enough. And there's lots to do in the area, even in the winter!
