Catch a glimpse of the sparkling blue ocean from the 2nd story front porch and unwind at the end of an amazing beach day on the back patio. The house sleeps up to 7 people, with 2 King Bedrooms and a Bunk Room (twin over full w/trundle). All you need is your suitcase because the house comes fully stocked with everything you need! *Please note - all bedrooms are located upstairs INDOOR LIVING: Modern beach-themed interior w/coastal touches, modern furnishings, Flat Screen TV w/YouTube TV in living room + Smart TVs with Roku + YouTube TV for streaming services in all 3 bedrooms, gorgeous dining table seats 6, and breakfast bar area for additional seating. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, cooking utensils, knife set, blender, drip/kcup coffee maker + starter kcups, breakfast bar, cookware, eating utensils, and serving ware. COFFEE BAR: We provide breakfast blend kcups and an assortment of flavored syrups! OUTDOOR LIVING: Private fenced patio w/ table + chairs, outdoor shower w/hot water, second story balcony off master w/ocean views and patio furniture. GENERAL: Free high-speed Wifi, YOUTUBE TV on ALL TVs, linens/towels, washer/dryer, beach chairs (4), beach umbrella, beach cart (2), beach towels. ESSENTIALS: We provide plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. Depending on the length of stay and your preferences, you may need to purchase additional supplies. However, we do our best to ensure you the home is stocked well for your stay. BYOB toiletries! PARKING: Driveway (2 vehicles) Seas the Day is perfectly situated just steps from the beach. Across the street is a small market and the Shell Shack where you can grab some fresh seafood, pick up some souvenirs, etc. The unit can accommodate 2 full sized vehicles parked directly in front in the driveway. Please make other arrangements for any additional vehicles. Local laws must be abided by. If you have an emergency, please dial 9-1-1. | THE LOCATION | BEACHES: Mexico Beach (300 steps), Mexico Beach Sunset Park (1.1 miles), Saint Joe Beach (3.7 miles), Cape Palms Park (27.7 miles) FISHING: the home is walking distance to the canal which has some of the best fishing on the coast! PANAMA CITY BEACH: ZooWorld Zoological and Botanical Conservatory (32.2 miles), Coconut Creek Family Fun Park (32.9 miles), Ripley's Believe It or Not! (33.1 miles), Gulf World (37.7 miles) LOCAL ATTRACTIONS: Mexico Beach Marina (0.1 miles), Barefoot Kayak and Paddleboard Rentals (0.6 miles), Cape San Blas Lighthouse ( 12.6 miles), Mexico Beach Charters (0.3 miles), St. Joseph Lighthouse (12.6 miles) Clothes Detergent, dishwasher pods and dish soap is kept stocked and available for guest use during their stay. *We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE through the platform or privately. Life happens and travel insurance will help protect your trip (reimburse cost if cancelled) in the event you cannot make it* Must sign rental agreement upon booking A $300 security hold will be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported.

Seas The Day is the perfect spot for Mexico Beach! Great location for everything! Just a short stroll to the beach. This townhome is very well appointed with everything you need! The outdoor space is comfortable and relaxing as well. Would definitely book again!

The place was impeccable and so close to the beach. Kate was such a wonderful host and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The townhouse had everything we needed and more. We will be back soon.

This townhouse was decorated to perfection and was immaculately clean. It was the perfect fit for our family of 5 and my parents. House is fully stocked with anything that is needed! Just grab your groceries and enjoy! Access to the beach cart was a huge bonus for the walk to the beach! Overall we had a great experience and trip!
