About this cottage rental

Located in Coolbaugh Township, this lovely cottage for $131 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Perfect for families, couples and solo travelers. Traditional mountain cottage with two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room and separate dining room. There is also a screened in three season room and a patio. Community association hosts numerous events and there are three pools and two lakes. Close to skiing, outlet shopping, Pocono Raceway, Kalahari water park, hiking, biking and water sports. Enjoy nature all year round! IMPORTANT: Per Arrowhead policy, reservations with the community must be made and paid for at least 3 days in advance. I will need your car information to do this so please check your inbox for details after booking. Arrowhead Lake is a Gated Community. Temporary membership fees are mandatory and assessed to all rental parties. These fees are not based on amenities and must be paid prior to arrival. New rates as of April 15, 2024: Transaction Fee per Rental: $20 Gate Card Fee: $20 per card Temporary Membership (age 6 and over): $8.50 daily ($42.50 weekly) in-season (May 24, 2024 through September 2, 2024) / $2.00 daily off-season Registration within 3 days is allowed but in order to encourage early registration so that staff can keep up with incoming registrations, a Late Fee: $100 will be imposed for registrations made less than 3 days prior to arrival. No Same-Day registrations are allowed (Cut-off for Same day is 11:59PM the day before arrival). Please consider this before booking and include in your budget. It is WELL worth the cost, because it allows you to use all the POOLS, the LAKES, 4 Beaches the LODGE, Gym, Game Room, Kids Play Room, Library and more... There is an additional pet fee of $25 per visit to cover cleaning. Please disclose if you plan to bring a pet; otherwise the fee will be taken out of the deposit. Also, if you plan to let your pets on the furniture, please bring a blanket for them to protect from damage.

Aliza was a great host, and was helpful especially with the private community and their requirements. We were close to the lake, and spent a very cozy weekend amongst the trees. Thanks Aliza!

This was everything that we wanted for a 3 day getaway. Very nice property. Had the fire pit going every night, even made mountain pies! My only regret is I didn’t book longer. Easy process. I was in touch with property owner/manager the entire process very simple. We loved our stay and hope to stay again.

Our stay was lovely, although it rained the whole time we were there. Thank goodness for a 500 piece puzzle in the house! Fully stocked with everything we needed and very clean. Would recommend it to others wanting to stay at Lake Arrowhead. And here's hoping you have better weather!!

Nice little place in a nice area. House was as pictured and clean. They had some board games, cards, and other things set up for when you are at the house. Very happy with our stay. Owner was very communicative, and helped us out with getting set up with arrowhead lake community.

We frequent Arrowhead as short term renters a few times a year. We decided to come for a short weekend and found this cute home! What I loved was the cleanliness and layout. The home is 2 bedroom and one bath, yet there is a comfy living area and dining room. We love to be outside so we enjoyed the enclosed porch as well as the deck! At night we spent some time on deck where the owners have lights all around that turn on as the sun goes down. In the morning we drank our coffee in the enclosed porch, while taking in the quiet and peaceful sounds of nature. We also enjoyed that we could bring our dog. Overall this place is a gem. We will be staying here again!!

Great cabin! Had everything we needed and then some. The owner was very helpful thru the whole process. I would have given this 5 stars but the fridge was not very clean 😒. Very good stay.

House had everything you would need. The neighbors not great, loud music till 5am. They were loud both nights, and their dogs kept coming over. Other than that everything good

My son and our two older dogs enjoyed the place so much as we did as well. It was very clean, very adorable and comfortable place to spend a 3 day getaway. I would definetely stay their again and recommend it highly to others. The fenced in porch was great and the outdoor deck was amazing. Great place. Thanks for having us. This is a small place that has everything (almost.) Fireplace, grill, fire pit. The lake/beach is a 5 minute walk. The only thing missing is a dishwasher. Very responsive owner.

We rented the property for a Spring vacation. We had a surprise snowfall instead. It was still a lovely vacation. The house was charming , the beds very comfortable and the house stocked with everything you would need. We would highly recommend it.

This house is the perfect blend of cozy and cool. The Host was absolutely lovely and made us feel welcome. Perfect size so get comfy and watch the rain or play a boardgame. Everything you need is provided and we plan to return asap!

Such a cute weekend rental perfect for skiing and enjoying the Poconos! The owners were great to book with and the house was wonderful! Clean rental that was close to Jack Frost and Big Boulder in an awesome community - we enjoyed a lot of family ski time and this was the perfect house for the downtime.
