Nestled in Auburn, this lovely house for $145 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. The perfect game day location! This beautifully renovated unit has a huge deck with brand new furniture and grill, open layout, plenty of parking, and is walking distance to EVERYTHING Auburn has to offer! The home offers an open concept downstairs complete with all new paint, furnishings, and a gorgeous new bathroom. The spacious floor plan is made complete with huge vaulted ceilings in the living space. The kitchen and living room open out onto a huge deck/patio set up with everything you need for a weekend away. The upstairs offers two newly furnished bedrooms and another gorgeous brand new bathroom, as well as a washer and dryer. This unit is pet friendly with a non-refundable deposit. Two parking spaces are provided with your rental and more are available for an additional fee. Enjoy walking across the street to Acre for a nice dinner or strolling downtown for a morning coffee. Looking for: a Pack-N-Play, Kid's dish-ware and cups, cute coffee mugs to brighten your morning, bright plants all around the unit, soft throw blankets, bathroom soaps including hair essentials, kitchen cookware essentials, noise machines, all coupled with a can't be beat location? The property was great and a great location to walk everywhere. Beds were very comfy.

The townhome served our purpose as a place to crash on a football weekend, but it is not worth the money charged. The downstairs living area had been remodeled, was acceptable and clean. The grill on the patio was not. The upstairs carpet was totally disgusting to the point we did not take our shoes off except to sleep. The window units in the upstairs bedrooms were very dirty with mold and mildew all over the vents. Upstairs bathroom has been remodeled and was acceptable. The train noise is incredibly loud throughout the night. Not unexpected given the location but it should be disclosed in the description. There were the usual college parties into the wee hours of the morning, also to be expected. I realize that sleeping options on a football weekend are at a premium, but this place was not worth the money. I had positive expectations based on the listing but was disappointed upon arrival, especially when we went upstairs. There was also a closet door in one bedroom that was unattached and leaning against the wall. At a minimum, the owner needs to take some of the money charged and recarpet the stairs and upstairs areas, even then, I don't think it is worth what we paid. Lesson learned. I will say that we had no issues with booking, arrival and departure.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was cozy, comfortable and close to downtown. Everything was perfect and I loved all the little Auburn details! Will definitely be staying here again!

This was a great overall experience. Amanda was extremely responsive, accommodating, and crystal clear at all times. The check in/check out process was a breeze. The property is tucked away and was an initial challenge for my GPS to accurately locate it. However, once there, the property was as accurately presented as in the photos and description. It has a modern touch and is well stocked with essentials- every room is well cleaned, and the beds are super comfy. Auburn University/Toomers Corner is only a couple of blocks away. 5 Star Experience All Around! We hope to stay here or another property managed by Amanda in the upcoming future. Thank You!

We had a fabulous stay at Amanda's place! We had a large group so we rented both of the townhouses that share the giant porch.
First, Amanda was so responsive and easy to work with! She got the discount for renting both set up really quickly, and then when we wanted to change one of the houses to having an extra night, she set that up for us too and made it really easy. We had one house Thursday thru Sunday, and the other Friday thru Sunday. She let us have get into the Friday one super early in the day because there was no one in it which was great.
The townhouses were easy to get into and very clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of space between the two townhouses for a mix of singles and married couples. The shared porch was fabulous, we spent a ton of time hanging out on the porch in the gorgeous weather. The location relative to campus is awesome, everything is walkable which was very enjoyable.
Only things to be aware of: there are only 2 parking passes per side which isnt a lot. It's an apartment complex, so that's just what they get. We had a spot around the corner run by a friend where we could park and walk so we didn't get towed. Also, this is right by the train tracks. We all went to school in Auburn so we were used to the train, but just fyi. Lastly, the walls and floors are pretty thin and not very soundproof.
All in all, 5 stars, this was the perfect place for a large group of friends to stay during a wedding!

Great place to stay, I had to book this rental for coworkers who were working out of town and worked nights, place was quiet so they could sleep during the day. Everything was perfect.

This property was clean upon arrival, kitchen had all of your basic needs and the beds were comfortable. As many other reviewers mentioned, the train is very loud and comes a few times during the night. The property did provide very loud noise machines, which helped tremendously with the train noise.

Just two blocks off College Street, 7 min walk to Toomer’s. If you’re an Auburn fan, this is it!
Beds were super comfie and Amanda made the whole experience effortless and positive.

Grey location to the college town. The place was very clean and good communication with the property manager. Good value. The train can be a issue if you are not a good sleeper. It comes by about 2-3 times a night. We, fortunately we’re able to fall back asleep.

This was in a great location, we went to the restaurant across the street both nights and the food was fantastic. Easy walk to campus. One of the best places we've stayed at during our SEC away game trips.

We rented this property because it is literally steps away from the standard apartment complex. We moved our daughter in this past weekend. So for location, you can’t beat it!! The unit was cleaned very well, however the home has a musty smell to it. We bought some candles to mask the smell. The carpet (stairs and upstairs bedrooms) is in dire need of being replaced. It has stains galore and gave us a bad first impression. We did not spend a lot of time in the house because we were so busy. I will say that the beds were extremely comfortable after a long day of work!! Getting new carpet would really help this unit and probably eliminate the musty smell!
