Eat out on the side patio or savor a crisp drink in the screened Florida Room. You’ll love the verdant tropical landscaping surrounding the entire property. LIVING AREA The welcoming living room includes a sleeper sofa and a smart TV. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare delicious meals in the kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of modern stainless steel appliances. The dining table offers seating for seven and the kitchen island seats two. BED & BATH This home sleeps nine guests between three bedrooms and the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The primary bedroom is equipped with a king bed, smart TV, and an office closet with a desk and chair. The primary bathroom offers a dual vanity, soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a smart TV. The third bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed and a smart TV. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The screened Florida Room provides a patio table and plenty of seating. The side yard has a dining table with an umbrella. Sip your morning coffee in a rocker on the shaded front porch. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Beach toys, bicycles, and a grill are included in your rental. Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Parking is available for two vehicles in the gravel and grass parking area in front of the property. This home has a single-level layout. LOCATION Walk 3/4 of a mile to stunning beaches at MalaCompra Park or 1/4 of a mile to Bing’s Landing boat ramp for an Intracoastal Waterway adventure. Stroll 10 minutes to the formal gardens and trails of Washington Oaks Gardens State Park or head to 386 | A Fusion of Fine Eating and Captain's BBQ (5 and 7 minutes by foot) for a memorable meal. Head to St Augustine's Historic District (21 miles) and explore the restaurants, shops, and attractions of the nation’s oldest city. Or, visit Daytona Speedway (34 miles), Disney World (101 miles), and Cape Canaveral (105 miles). Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Beautiful, clean home with everything we needed, and more! Perfect location for what we were looking for, a 3 minute drive to the hammock community center. Look forward to spending time at this home again in the future.

We had an amazing time listening to the ocean while sitting around the fire pit. There are so many great beaches and historical places to visit. Highly recommend this quiet and fun vacation spot.

The house is absolutely lovely and beautifully maintained. It was absolutely spotless and on nice quiet side street. Very spacious with thoughtful amenities.. It’s in a wonderful central location. We really enjoyed Flagler Beach to the south. Cute little coffee shop there called Swillerbees with fabulous breakfast sandwiches, coffee and craft donuts. We also absolutely loved JT‘s seafood shack, which is less than a mile from the house—a must try place! Just a short drive to St. Augustine as well. Highly recommend— We will be back!

The home is lovely. Updated, very clean. It is down a dirt road and feels remote and dark at night. We ended up moving to a different location but we loved the inside of the home.

This is a great little home for a beach getaway. Close to everything, but still feels like you have some privacy. Very comfortable, and very clean! We will be coming here again!
