Strathmore Home is located in the exclusive Oakledge neighborhood of Sunapee with access to community beach and private patios overlooking Lake Sunapee with kayak, Standup Paddle Boards, and tennis court. Hit the slopes in the winter with the mountain less than a mile away, spend the day on the Lake in the spring summer and fall, read a book on the bed-swing in the covered gazebo, or enjoy the hot-tub.
The space
The Strathmore home is a newly renovated fantastic 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home in Sunapee with plenty of private outdoor space including a 20’x20’ covered gazebo with a bed-swing, dining table, couches and grill.
Access to Lake Sunapee and the other multitude of amenities Strathmore has to offer are all less than a 2 minute drive.
There are three levels to this sprawling home. On the main level, this home boasts the Master Suite, an open concept chef’s kitchen, living, dining area with pellet stove for winter months. The upper level has three incredibly large bedrooms and a bathroom. The lower level space features a large family room, bathroom and bedroom with a separate entrance if you want to separate the kids from adults. There is plenty of space for a family to spread out in this home.
Spend each day of your vacation taking advantage of a different activity at Strathmore, enjoy a swim in the lake and then relax on your deck and take in the lake views from the decks or the beach.
Strathmore on Sunapee lake is a four-season resort community located in the Lake Sunapee region of New Hampshire. With complimentary Kayaks and SUPs, tennis court and miles of hiking trails nearby, finding an outdoor activity should not be difficult. Strathmore is also located 2 minutes from Mount Sunapee for skiing and snowshoeing in the winter, Adventure Center, mountain biking and hiking in the summer.
All linens, towels and kitchen utensils are provided for your use so you just have to arrive and enjoy yourselves.

This is a great property settled within a great community. We had 8 adults, two children and our family dog for the week and we had a blast. The property has all the amenities as described. Working with Alex throughout the process (from start to finish) was the icing on the cake. He was extremely informative, communicative and responsive to any questions or issues we encountered.

The property far exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend it! There was more than enough room for three families and beautiful outdoor spaces and activities right at your doorstep.

We had 3 families and the lay out worked well, great family room/kitchen space for gathering and the location to Sunapee Mountain was great, right off the rotary by the entrance.

We had a great time over a few days at Christmas
We had booked late after having to cancel an overseas trip earlier in the month. It was therefore great to have a house that accommodated everything we needed with very little missing. The owner was always contactable. The hot tub was great and a useful addition after a couple of ski days at sunapee. The location is great and close to everything we needed. Thanks for letting us stay.
