Private and secluded, this beautiful hill country home is perfect for your Frio family vacation. The spacious, open floor plan allows for cooking, eating, and gathering your family and friends in a very comfortable way. The kitchen bar also has added seating. The split floor plan for the bedrooms is great. Each bedroom has a TV & private bath. Outdoors there is a large covered patio area which includes table & chairs, huge outdoor granite counter with sink and a 2nd refrigerator. To complete the outdoor amenities, there is a large, flat screen TV, fire pit, and BBQ pit located inside the fenced patio area. But best of all, the safety fenced pool is oversized, which makes RIO LOCO the perfect vacation home! To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available. Bedroom 1 — sleeps 2 – 1 king Bedroom 2 — sleeps 4 – 2 queen Bedroom 3 — sleeps 6 – 1 queen/queen bunk; 1 queen Bedroom 4 — sleeps 8 – 2 queen/queen bunk beds What to Bring. LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided. TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels. CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property. PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware. SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches. Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.
