The location is a short, 5 minute walk to a gorgeous beach! The neighborhood is quiet in this area. The host, Maria was friendly and welcoming.
The Mediterranean diaspora is a late night culture. Because of jet lag, I was going to bed around 10:30PM and there were a couple of nights when other guests came back to their rooms around midnight and were talking loudly in the hallway and woke me up. This will not be a problem for you if you stay out late or you are a heavy sleeper.
Even still, I would stay here again.

The host is kind and helpful, and the rooms are beautiful. Very convenient location and the place has everything I need. Probably best value for money in Eressos! My favorite part was the excellent refrigerator and freezer with ice cube trays.

Έμεινα σε ένα μονόκλινο δωμάτιο στον πρώτο όροφο με μπαλκόνι, το οποίο ήταν μικρό αλλά πλήρως λειτουργικό. Επίσης ήταν πολύ καθαρό και καλοσυντηρημένο. Ο καθαρισμός του δωματίου και η αλλαγή πετσετών κλπ γινόταν κάθε 4 ημέρες. Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική, πολύ κοντά σε όλα (παραλία και μαγαζιά), αλλά σε ήσυχο σημείο χωρίς θόρυβο από αυτοκίνητα και μηχανάκια. Το κατάλυμα διαθέτει και αυλή με κοινόχρηστη υπαίθρια κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν εξυπηρετική σε ότι και αν ζήτησα.
Το μπάνιο ήταν αρκετά μικρό, αν για κάποιον έχει σημασία αυτό. Επίσης, ο παραμικρός θόρυβος από τα διπλανά δωμάτια ακουγόταν αισθητά. Ωστόσο, θεωρώ ότι το κατάλυμα έχει πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας - τιμής.
