There is a 6-foot fence that separates the main house and back deck from the garage apartments. You will have full privacy while renting the main house. Renter must provide a guest list with names and ages of all the guests staying in the house prior to entry instructions being sent. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. The person renting the unit must be the person staying in the unit. A guest list with names and ages and number of vehicles must be provided. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am A minimum charge of $200 per animal will be paid by the guest, if an animal is brought into the unit without prior permission from the host.
