With access to the property and our outdoor features, we ask that you do not try to pet the cows or disrupt the wildlife. We will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur while you are hiking the trails and enjoying the outdoors. If you choose to fish in our ponds you must abide by all Oklahoma State Fishing Guidelines. Hunting, firearms, ATV's, dirt bikes, and fireworks are prohibited on the property. For your safety we have security cameras located on the roof, the front entrance of the property facing the driveway, and a trail camera facing the hiking trails. These are the only cameras we have on the property and they do not infringe upon your privacy. The roof has very delicate tile shingles attached to it so we kindly ask that you do not get on the roof of the house. If we see anyone from our surveillance footage get upon the roof of the house, they will be fined $1,000. For the main driver or anyone driving a vehicle during the time of your stay, we will contact you prior to your stay to get a phone number from each driver. We need this in order to give you access and instructions on how to download the app that gives you access to the electric gate on the property as well as give you the codes to the keyless entry into the house.
