Located right in the heart of the Village. Enjoy the best that Snowshoe Mountain Resort has to offer. Step out the door of your condo and enjoy dining, shopping, and Spa services. Set on the private deck and enjoy great views of the village and enjoy concerts in the plaza. It has a full kitchen with stainless steel dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. The living room has a gas fireplace with a sleeper sofa, a twin sleeper chair, and a 50 inch smart TV. Queen bed in the bedroom with a 50 inch smart TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. LOCATED IN VILLAGE CENTRAL A SHORT WALK ACROSS THE VILLAGE PLAZA TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BALLHOOTER LIFT AND SLOPES Access to underground parking and Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost. NOTE: PER RIMFIRE HOA - There will be a $200 fee for any lost parking tickets. BUILDING AMENITIES: Air Conditioning; High-Speed Internet; Outdoor Hot Tubs; Elevators; Fitness Room; On-Call Resort Shuttle; Fireplace; Coin Operated Laundry Facility available in the complex, Bike Friendly Lodging. PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION. UPDATED HOUSE RULES: ~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements. ~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification ~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking ~ All last-minute reservations or those booked by West Virginia residents are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee ~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file ~ No Smoking ~ No large gatherings ~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM ~ Check out time is 10:00 AM ~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am ~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25 ~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made. ~ For homes with a private spa-there is a cleaning fee of $100.00 charged at the time of booking.

The check-in office is not located on property but it was a short drive to check-in and they did not require us to go back and check out. The condo had pretty much everything we needed with a few exceptions. You may want to bring extra toilet paper, we were only given 1 extra roll for 4 people for a 4 day stay, they did not have tissues and no hand soap so you may want to include those on the packing list. Extra towels for the hot tub might be nice to have since you are only given 1 bath towel per person. There was a locker for our skis but they did not provide the code at check in so we had to call to get the code so you might want to ask for that at check in if you plan to store your skis as they are not allowed in the condo. There is free parking across the street but we opted to pay $20/day to park in the garage that is located underneath the building. It was great, there were luggage carts and you could access the elevators from the parking garage, we could take everything straight to our room and not worry about the weather. We were able to walk right out the condo and it was a short distance to the slopes! It was so nice to also be able to come home for lunch as it is a quick walk. We even took advantage of the free shuttle that took us over to the other mountain for night skiing. Overall this was a great spot for our family ski getaway, the unit was updated and there was plenty of room but it would've been nice to have a few extra things.

Condo is updated and decorated very nicely. It had everything we needed. Location is so convenient, we were able to watch music on the stage and fireworks right from the balcony.

Well located overlooking the main village square in Snowshoe. We were steps away from all the activities. We could easily watch/listen to the live music from the balcony which was a positive for our group. I did not love that I had to go out of my way to pick up the keys and it there wasn’t really any information provided on the building (where to park bikes, where the hot tub was, where to put garbage). However this was not a detractor and I would definitely book this unit again.

the property was great. great location. the one problem we had on our arrival was a clogged bathroom sink that would not drain. repair team was sent out immediately, but they were not able to fix the prroblem. overall - the place was great! Casago was very easy and good to work with

Great place right in the heart of the mountain - close to restaurants, rentals and to jump into. The mtn to ski. My family needs a slightly bigger place as the kids keep growing but we loved it overall.

The condo is perfect and well appointed. It has been very nicely updated. The location could not be more perfect for ski in and out. Walk downstairs and out the door to restaurants and Starbucks. We will stay again! There was an initial problem with unit cleanliness that was resolved quickly by Casago and they were very responsive.

Picked this property because it was close to all the activities that Snowshoe has to offer. First visit there and it was nice to have a balcony. The unit was clean and was as shown in the listing.

The property was very nice and clean. It is located in the best part of Snowshoe and you can watch all of the activities from the excellent balcony overlooking the common area well all activities take place. The entire process of accessing the rental was very simple.

The unit is in a great location with an excellent view of the main village. The unit was nicely furnished with an updated kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the essentials for a short trip. Our only complaint was limited storage for gear. There are just two small closets; one near the entrance and the other in the bedroom. There's a ski locker downstairs which was great but more closet/drawer space in the unit would be an excellent addition.
