Located in Seminole, this charming house for $277 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to the Surf Inn! Our boho beach house located St. Petersburg, Florida is just a quick 4 minute drive over the bridge to Madeira beach (Madeira Beach was the voted the 9th best beach in America on TripAdvisor) where you will be surrounded by cute shops, restaurants, and a Snack Shack that is right on the beach. When you are not at the beach, kick back and relax in our 3 bedroom 2 bath property with a large screened in back patio, large backyard, and 4 Bikes. Enjoy the views of the lakefront canal and colorful sunsets right out the back door. Our property includes a large Living and Dining Room combo that leads right around the corner into the fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy our three bedrooms and two bathrooms, enough to accommodate eight guests. Off the living room there is a large sliding glass door that overlooks the beautifully landscaped backyard! Off the Dining Room is another sliding glass door that opens to our large screened in patio. The property is locked on a canal that leads to a small lake. Our property is professionally decorated in a coastal/boho style, with lots of natural light it's perfect for photo ops. Enjoy your evenings grilling in the backyard under the string lights and enjoy your meal either at our picnic table or outdoor dining area on the patio. In the garage you will find 4 gorgeous bikes (with helmets, baskets, and bikes locks)! Perfect for an afternoon bike ride to the beach. The property also has everything that you will need for a day at the beach: beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, etc. Including a nice large beach cart to get everything to and from the beach. The property is located in a residential neighborhood and there is enough parking for two cars in the driveway. There is no guest parking in the garage. Please note: There is one black ring security camera that looks over the front driveway. It also has a light to light up the driveway at night when it picks up motion. There is a second motion censored light on the other side of the driveway, which is not a recording device.

This has to be one of the best homes, we have stayed in. Everything we need was right there, stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and room for all 8 of us to stay very comfortable. This home was so clean! The area was close to everything. Beaches were minutes away, grocery stores nearby. Cool restaurants as well.

The house was in perfect condition and had plenty of room on the inside. The back porch is perfect to hangout on with it being screened in! It is perfectly located next to restaurants and grocery stores. Just a short 5min drive to the beach!

Halee was the best host - friendly, quick to respond, not to mention she was gracious enough to recover a sentimental item that was accidentally left behind and put it in the mail for us! We loved our stay and highly recommend this home.

Property was as advertised, nicely furnished, bikes/beach towels were added value items. Bathrooms & kitchen are somewhat small but efficiently utilized. Property located in nice enough residential neighborhood and although easy access to causeway to beach renters looking for on or closer to beach need to consider trade offs of larger sq ft & exterior space of this home vs on or closer to beach priorities. Property owner was very timely & pleasant.

Wow, this might have been one of the best rentals I have ever had. The place is even better in person than in the pictures. We had a group of 6 to celebrate our friend’s wedding, and we had the most wonderful time. Everything was spotless and the interior design was beautiful. Also, those beds felt like sleeping on clouds haha. Haylee was so kind in our brief interactions as well. 20/10 haha it was that wonderful and so close to the beach and so many other places!

This house was perfect for our out of state wedding. Halee was incredible, her communication was fantastic, the house was stunning, we had lot of room and enjoyed everything about the house. If you are looking for a place to stay in Madeira Beach or to be close to John's Pass - stop looking and stay here. This house is awesome!! Plenty of space for our family of 6. Loved the screen porch - It is really an extension of the living space and was like a second living/dining room during our stay. The house is very comfortable - beds are comfortable and bedding is great. We actually had to order a matching blanket to the ones at the house since my son had to have one for his room at home! The kitchen had everything we needed - coffee maker even had pods to get us started. Large fridge and any utensil we needed. The property is great - beautiful landscaping, lots of outdoor seating to enjoy the FL weather. The beach cruiser bikes with locks and helmets got lots of use. So convenient to have beach gear included!! Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, wagon to carry it all.. made for a really enjoyable experience when everything we needed was already there for us. The Publix nearby is awesome - and so close if you need to just run and grab something. Short drive to the beach (get the Flowbird App for easy parking in the Archibald lot!). Electronic locks on the doors were great for multiple people coming and going, didn't have to worry about having a key. Plenty of linens. The open concept space was great for our large family. Loved all the glass walls surrounding the back yard - makes the yard feel like it's part of the house. Fully fenced in yard for privacy and fun for teens with the corn hole game. Saw some great FL birds right in the back yard - parrots in the palm tree & a crane walking in the backyard by the canal. The decorating in the house is beautiful - literally picture perfect and looks exactly like the pictures on this listing. The location is perfect - nice neighborhood but only 10 minutes to John's Pass, 4 minutes to the beautiful Madeira beach (loved the Snack Shack and clean restrooms), 2 minutes to Publix, lots of great restaurants nearby. We had friends staying just South of John's Pass in Treasure Island and it felt like they were "just down the street" because the location is so close to the main road connecting all the towns. We had a rain day, and having a Roku + Live TV on all the TVs in the house (one in each bedroom plus living room) was great with teens who all want to watch something different and connect to their streaming services. Halee was very responsive and allowed us early checkin when our flights changed!

This home was a fantastic fit for our family. Sleeping arrangements were perfect and the indoor/outdoor living gave us plenty of room to enjoy. The decor was updated and fresh, and the owner thought of all the things we could need!

Perfect place!
My family really enjoyed our stay. The place was just as it is pictured, very clean and a great location to the beach. The owner was wonderful to work with and very quick to respond. We appreciated the extra touches to start our stay, coffee, soap, paper towels, etc.

I have rented a dozen + homes from VRBO and was a little hesitant on this one because there were no reviews yet, but so happy we picked it! We were all absessed with the gorgeous decor throughout the entire home. The backyard and screened in dining area were perfect. We cooked & grilled multiple meals at home and the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved that there was garbage bags, paper towels, dishwashing tabs, etc. supplied as many rental homes are missing that. We would definitely stay here again!
