This home has been recently updated with over 1600 square feet for your entire group! This home has been freshly updated and furnished with light and airy decor. The neighborhood is a well-established enclave minutes from the beach on the mainland. Pride of ownership is obvious in the friendly quiet neighborhood that is perfect for families! You will feel like a local while being very close to tourist hot spots! • No smoking • No parties or events • Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM • Minimum rental age of 25 • Ring doorbell camera recording • For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email. • Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival. • Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply. • Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out. • We are pet friendly with fee. Pet fee varies per pet per stay, $100-$150 depending on size and breed. Breed restrictions apply. Nice house and a nice location! The twin beds that they said they had are not twins they're for toddlers and it just folds out from a chair to a cushion on the floor. It was very misleading and very uncomfortable for an adult. The larger beds did not fit on the frames so I don't know if they were a true queen or they just had bigger frames. Part of vacation is getting a good night's sleep and that did not happen for some of the people in the house.

Property manager (Roger) helped us get troublesome cable tv and ice maker working after arrival. Property was as good as advertised.

After a bit of property management confusion we settled into a lovely neighborhood and comfortable home. Thank you for meeting me at the location to verify me. I’m not one to share my drivers license and credit card via text or email.

Management company accepted our dogs 7 months before and took our deposit. Then the day before they tell us we can not bring them. Repeated calls not answered by the owner or manager Andrew Steffens. The day we are to leave we finally get a call from someone else in their company and tells us to lie about what kind of dogs we are bringing and bring them anyway. We did it as we had no other solution. Very unprofessional will never use a property managed by the company.

This is a cute little house in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay here. It’s location is perfect, very close to the beaches, to local parks and to Saint Petersburg and Tampa.

We booked this property the day before Thanksgiving, after having a bad experience in our original Thanksgiving rental. The agency that manage this property was great and we were able to rent this house quickly and save our Thanksgiving. The property was impecable, very spacious and comfortable, it’s great for a family with small children. We had a great time.

Great home in a quiet neighborhood, only 5 minutes from Madeira Beach. This home had lots of space for our family, as well as our 2 dogs!
