We have a very large family and this was the wonderful setup for combining all of our children and grandchildren while still allowing everyone enough space that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The location was perfect and the beach wasn't overly crowded. It was nice for the kids to be able to walk out to the back yard and play on the beach. We will be visiting again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the property. There was more than enough space to accommodate all 8 adults. The location was perfect and the beach was spectacular. We saw dolphins and the most amazing sunsets daily and it was overall the perfect vacation for everyone.

Home was perfect for 3 families. Lots of extras that I found out reading comments. I booked the stay just before the property sold or mgmt taken over by realty company. Property manager not good communicating or answering questions, ck in info came from realty site not VRBO so missed it in spam. Had to call several times, no one would call me back, finally texted and I found the info. Thermostats are locked so can’t go below 71 or 72. Appliances were great but all labels are gone so had to google panel to figure out oven. A few issues during the week that were fixed promptly. The location is perfect and the property was perfect for our family. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Patio and grill area were great. Beach is so close and not crowded. Lots of sheriff patrols during the week. Hope to return.

We could not have picked a better place. The home was amazing and conveniently located. The close proximity to the beach was a game changer coming from condo vacationing. The house was big enough to accommodate the whole family and not feel stacked on top of each other. Definitely recommend for large families. There is something to do for everyone, the kids, the teens and the adults.

The new management company just converted all the beds to new King beds and it was very comfortable! We had a wonderful time at the beach. The house was spacious and private and allowed for some family members to go to sleep early, while others stayed awake using the hot tub or watching tv in the family room, and we never heard each other. Close to restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommend!

The nine of us stayed here in March for spring break. I will start off with the PROs and then CONs of the property.
PROS:
The house was spacious and nice layout. The ocean in the back was a plus! Nice clean sand and not rowdy with spring breakers. The pool was heated and located in a great area, so even on windy days the kids were able to swim. The beds were comfy.
Cons:
Everything inside is a bit outdated, such as, the kitchen cabinets, most doors did not close correctly. Especially the upstair bedrooms with the jack and Jill bathroom. You literally had to yank it to open it. Water pressure for all faucets (except shower) is a bit low. All kitchen cookware should be replace. The MAIN front wooden door could use a lock, because anyone could just come in to the swim area.
That was why I couldn’t give this house a 5 stars, but our overall stay was great!

We selected this beachfront house for our annual St. Pete trip and were very pleased. The Gulf is right behind the house with amazing sunset views. The property maintains privacy with lush landscaping on both sides. The property manager went above and beyond in decorating the house for Christmas. The pool was heated and very comfortable. We highly recommend this rental.

We cannot rave enough about this gorgeous beachfront home! Letitia was a dream to work with-so accommodating, hospitable, and available for any and all questions or needs. The home was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked-new pots/pans and knives, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, plenty of dishware and glassware-a cook's dream! We had 4 kiddos with us and the house came with 2 pack n plays, a highchair, and the pool was gated off-all bonuses when staying with little ones! The layout of the house was perfect for our trip as we had 3 families-each family had their own "wing" of the house to spread out comfortably. The beach and ocean were just steps from the house. Watching the sunsets while eating dinner on the patio was heavenly! The pool was heated and shady which was perfect when you wanted a break from the sun and perfect for the kids. There were many restaurants nearby within a few miles (one was in walking distance) and multiple grocery stores. All in all it was the perfect vacation. We would highly recommend this property to anyone, and you couldn't ask for a better property manager than Letitia-she made sure our stay was everything we wanted it to be! This home was just gorgeous. Not only that it was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking in most meals because the kitchen was so easy to work in. The house had the most beautiful picturesque view of the beach. Nothing like walking out your back door onto the sand and into the water. When our grandkids were tired of the beach the sparkling pool was an easy fun option. The host made everything easy and no nonsense. Our family did not want to leave. We made great memories here!

This was our second time renting the house for a family vacation. The location is perfect, house has plenty of room for everyone and lots of fun things to do. The owner is very helpful and quick to respond. Already looking into dates for next year!

This vacation rental was to bring my parents and their 3 children with spouses together to enjoy a week at the beach! The house was wonderful! The only way to be closer to the ocean would be in a boat! The house was steps to the beautiful beach, with gorgeous still mornings and amazing sunsets. There was plenty of room for everyone, and lots to enjoy with the lovely spa and pool. We would love to stay again soon! Thank you Letitia, for the perfect site for our family to relax and enjoy the time spent together!

While this beautiful home is showing signs of wear and tear and the layout of the house is a bit odd, it was very clean when we arrived and you really can’t beat the location! Both the downstairs living space and the outdoor patio were loved by all. Letitia was responsive and easy to work with. We all loved our stay!

This is a beautiful property in an ideal location. The beach is literally right there. It was not super warm when we were there but the property has a beautiful protected area facing the ocean that made it feel 10 degrees warmer than it actually was.
The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more. The beach chairs, though a little warn out were great to have on hand.
The house is huge with lots of space to spread out if you want but also has perfect areas to gather. It is getting pretty dated but is clean and functional.
Some issues: the grill didn’t work and we had bought steaks for a Valentine’s Day dinner- we managed without and the property manager was willing to get a new grill if we wanted. The screen door on the master balcony was broken- not a huge deal. Everyone in our party was disappointed with the comfort of the beds. The bedding is nice but they are in need of some new mattresses or at least some comfy toppers. The location of the pool and hot tub were not ideal in our opinion. They are in secluded areas that get little sun and are on the back side of the house opposite the ocean. We rarely used either.
Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the house but for the price expected just a bit more in some areas.
