About this house rental
Nestled in Fort Walton Beach, this lovely house for $217 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Want a little more space than a small 1 bdrm apartment or condo on the beach? Modern, renovated, and less than 1 mile to the beach. With 6 beds, 1 pull out couch and crib available, you can sleep 5 comfortably, but can sleep up to 10 if you don't mind sharing space. This house is a small two story home with well utilized space. Great for a vacation. Wall mounted TVs in 3 rooms. Great space to relax out back or upstairs on the patio. Kitchen and family area (with a pull out couch) are downstairs with access to backyard and fire pit. There are 3 separate sleeping rooms. The king bedroom has a nice king size bed and has a modern leather trundle bed, for kids, and a small closet (3 beds in 1 room if needed). This is the largest room. The second bedroom is a queen bedroom with a crib available if needed, right at the top of the stairs. The third room, is a little bunk bed room, it is small, an extra sleeper area, with a bottom full size mattress and an upper twin size mattress. The couch downstairs is also a pull out sleeper. (6 beds not including the couch pull out or crib). This home is just across the bridge from okaloosa island, right next to the lovely downtown restaurants. The neighborhood is a little older looking but it is a great deal for the ease of access to all Destin and Fort Walton Beach have to offer.

Overall was very pleasant! Could have been a little cleaner and needs a little updating but you can’t beat the price and it was pretty clean overall especially for a high volume rental. Owner was very friendly and helpful giving us lots of recommendations on activities and restaurants! Very responsive to messages. I recommend staying here if you’re on a budget and still want to be close to everything.

The property was a little more run down and older than the pictures suggest but the host was amazing. Very communicable and was very helpful with an early check in and an issue we had while at the property.

Great location...house needs minor repairs, major updating...not sure what cleaning service they used but definitely fire them...all that aside we had a great week in Florida!

Awesome property
Host was informative and friendly. Check in was quick and easy. Quite neighborhood and close to everything. Property was clean and equipped. Would stay here again and recommend! Love this place!

This place is NOT a 3bd. The supposed 3rd bedroom is a closet with a bunk, no window, no ac, no air if door is closed. We left right away. Emailed the owner regarding false advertisement, never heard from him and it’s been a few days.

place was not as I expected, if you plan on booking DON'T the place was filled with roaches was not a clean place as soon as light go off roaches sure came out, left place early kids felt uncomfortable also the bed sheets were dirty the dryer didn't work and the list goes on he didn't hire a cleaning person like he claimed he did, when I told him about the roach traps I found under pull out coach said cleaning lady placed them funny thing we arrived early and he was the one who was cleaning there is NO CLEANING LADY he is the one who does the cleaning and he didn't do a good job funny you pay a cleaning fee and yet it wasn't clean. we had to store all our food in fridge because of the roaches .
