Nestled in Westminster, this charming house for $347 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Discover the best of Denver (and Colorado!) with this beautifully renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bath home serving as your base! This property is located just 15 minutes north of Denver’s trendiest neighborhoods and popular attractions such as Coors Field, Broncos Stadium, Confluence Park, Downtown Denver, the Denver Zoo, and the Denver Art Museum. Major highways are not too far, meaning you can easily find your way to Boulder, Red Rocks, and the mountains beyond. This sunny and spacious 2,000 SF home has plenty of room for you and your group to relax, entertain, and enjoy each other’s company. On the main level, you’ll find a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 1 shared bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a workspace, and the fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi is sure to support your group’s technology needs. The basement level features a kitchenette, dining area, and plenty of entertainment space, which includes a TV, board games, and a shuffleboard table! You will also find 2 additional bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom with a rain shower, and a laundry room. Enjoy one of Denver’s famous 300 days of sunshine in the fenced backyard, where you can cook on the grill and share company on the patio dining space. (If there is snow during your trip, you may opt for snow removal service, which will be expensed to you for $60/removal. (This is the price quoted to us through a contractor. We offer snow removal only as an option in order to keep costs low for those who do not need/want it. Please let us know if you are interested.))

Excellent property to have a good getaway weekend. We had seven people in our party and everyone had excellent accommodations and enough room for all.

The location of the property is ideal. Our check-in was delayed by an HR due to house keeping. The door code to the basement was incorrect, but was fixed by the manager. The provided air mattress for additional sleeping didn't hold air. The manager was polite through the booking process and fixing the door code

Winterstorm in Colorado
Cindy and Gabe's listing was the perfect match for our group of 6. Most of our plans were cancelled due to "winter storm" so we spent alot of time at the house. The house was the perfect size for us to gather together or have our own space. The young adults enjoyed the finished basement to hang ALL night, while the older part of our group enjoyed the quiet home feel upstairs. The home was just as listed and we were all very pleased with our stay. Would highly recommend!!

The property was great, very clean on the inside an as described. I’m really big on beds, and the beds were comfortable. Hot water ran out faster than I would have liked but we did have more than a few people so that could explain it. My only concern was the snow and ice in the driveway. A few of us fell multiple times in the ice. It seemed as if it hadn’t been shoveled since the previous snow fall. Other than that I had a great time. Would book again.
