Nestled in Louisville, this lovely condo for $330 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. The best suite in Downtown Louisville! Main Street! Right Next-door to the KY Center for the arts, in the middle of museums, and walking distance to the YUM center and convention center, this location can't be beat. Near all downtown restaurants and across the street from the best Hamburger(mussel & burger bar) and steak(Morton's steak house) restaurants. Perfect location for any family or business getaway. This 4 bed 2 bath has it all. Brand new suite! Cozy/living room and kitchen combination for enjoying time together. Great nooks all around for reading or getting away. Perfect coffee/tea bar set up for relaxation. This unit is perfect for any get away. We create a custom guest portal for your stay that has all recommendations for food & fun and detailed parking instructions. The vibe on downtown Main Street is great! During the week a lot of business men/women and some families. During the weekend, a lot of families visit the slugger museum and science center just one block west. We are a few blocks from fourth street live. 1/2 block from KY center for the arts(symphonic/broadway shows), 3 blocks from the YUM center and about 5 From the convention center, this place is alive! We installed reinforced windows so that you can enjoy the city without having to hear the city at all hours of the day. Very quiet and peaceful inside the building. There is the TARC bus system that can get you from place to place and we use Uber and other taxi like services to get around as well. There are parking garages right next to us(at least 3 within 1 block) so you can drop your luggage off and park with ease. Upon booking, we'll send you tips for parking. There is a lot of foot traffic as people walk through old main street and whisky row, so join on in and see what Louisville has to offer. PM us for suggestions! 1. Quiet hours 10pm-8am. 2. Great weekend spot for just watching the river or walking downtown. We had no problems finding street parking. Communication with the management co was great-quick responses. Beds were comfy and the decor was trendy. Clean and quiet spot.

We decided to stay here with a group of 6, location was nice and only 5-10 minute walk for most things you want to see/do in Louisville. More economical for us with a group of 6 than multiple hotel rooms. The coffee was a nice touch and enjoyed hanging out and the view in the main living room area. Did not appear the property was cleaned very well prior to our arrival though, one of the bed sheets was dirty and floor was not very clean, however overall we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location and the view of the water/bridge is amazing. Centrally located on Whiskey Row. We had a great time. Rooms are quiet. Host is very responsive and the entire building is beautiful.

Clean, great location, very well appointed (coffee, snacks, toiletries). Four bedrooms - 3 with large (queen I believe) single beds and 1 room with several bunk beds, so lots of sleeping space. Remarkably quiet (interstate a block away and we couldn't hear a thing). Parking is on the street or in a pay garage, so plan for that. Perfect place for group of 6 to stay while we enjoyed the bourbon trail.

We had a local group of 8 staying in Suite 7 the night before my wedding. We booked it because we were under the impression it would have a dedicated parking space, which it did not. It is street parking or paid lot/garage parking. Upon arrival we entered through the back door and assumed the room for suite 7 would be labeled, however it was not (only doors 1-3). The instructions for how to access the suite were not clear for entering through the back. Once we did get to the room from the front, we entered and were greeted with a musty, mildew smell, crumbs on the couches and chairs, and the towels/laundry still left in the washer and dryer. The room furthest to the back had an airduct that dripped water from the AC unit all over the floor for the entire night and kept the guest in there from sleeping. Lastly, the night we came back after the wedding (arriving late) the thermostat had been changed, not by us, to 75 degrees, which when going straight to bed is far to hot to be able to get any sleep. Our experience was subpar from the expectation and definitely not worth the price. The expectations of the cost for this home, for two nights, condo were much higher than a dirty, smelly, hot condo downtown. We don't want to leave a poor review as we hope it was just an one off instance with the cleaning crew or a mistake but do feel like we didn't get the experience we deserved for the cost. Some improvements could be made and the spot would be a great place for visitors/bridal parties/etc. as it has a cool vibe and is the perfect walkable distance to fun things downtown.
