Located on the west side of Coastal Highway just off Garfield Parkway, This single-level vacation home offers living, dining, and kitchen areas, a sunroom with a tile floor, an open deck on the front, and an outdoor shower. The outdoor community pool, fitness center, playground, and tennis courts are available for a small community fee. Take the Trolley to downtown Bethany Beach to enjoy the many attractions. THINGS TO KNOW Recreation passes for use of the pool and tennis courts are $30 per person per week or $10 per person per day, as of 2024, and may be purchased at the Clubhouse near the back pool. Guests will be required to provide a copy of their lease at the Clubhouse when purchasing recreation passes. Recreation pass fees are subject to change at any time by the community. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The property has been neglected for years. Stained and dirty furniture. House was not cleaned upon arrival. Sheets not changed on pull out couch. A general mess! Best thing is the location of the property and having access to Bethany West facilities. Not recommended.

The location is great, the rest of the house is outdated, lights in bathrooms are so old you can barely see. Charcoal grill was rusted and needs a gas grill, who has time for charcoal!

This is a spacious open concept house. The living room and kitchen are updated nicely. There are two bedrooms on either side of the main living area, each with its own bathroom. The bathrooms and bedrooms could use some updates but everything was clean and comfortable.

Nice place. Needs a bit of bathroom upgrades (storage) but it is good. Amenities were nice with access to 2 pools, playground, and trolley stop a block away. Very nice quiet but active neighborhood. My kids loved it.

The floor was not clean. Went barefoot and feet were black. House did not have cleaning supplies. I would have mopped floor myself. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable.
