This beautiful, second-level condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and overlooks the beautiful tropical grounds and pools of PACIFICO. The luxurious décor features pops of color and beautiful local wood furniture; each piece has been carefully selected with luxury living and comfort in mind. PACIFICO BEACH CLUB The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service. All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. There is no "fee" to use the PACIFICO Beach Club, but there is a MINIMUM SPEND. Guests must spend $25/pp/day on food/drink on the days they choose use the PACIFICO Beach Club facilities. Kids under 12 are free. The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club. Our company manages 140+ vacation rentals in the area so we operate differently than an independent Vacation Rental "Host". From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 10-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR takes one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access at an additional cost. Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR). Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. The room has a beautiful king bed, spacious ensuite bathroom with shower stall, water closet and double vanity. Head down the hall from the kitchen to the second bedroom, with a queen bed. The layout of this condo is great for guests that want to have their sleeping areas separated from each other with the main living space set between them. You are also just steps to the community pools and poolside bar. Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes). There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)

This was our first time using VRBO and convinced us to do it again. The condo was exactly as described and contained all the amenities that I would expect in a high end resort. All of the staff that we encountered were very friendly and provided great service. In particular, the bar staff at the pool were always there when we needed them. As this was the off season, the pool area was quiet, but we met and had conversations with many of the individuals and groups that were staying there. We rented a two bedroom condo as my daughter lives in Costa Rica and we had them join us and stay over for a night. Arranging for them to come was easy working through the concierge group to get the appropriate security. The location of the condo is excellent as it is about a 5 minute walk to a grocery store and about 6 minutes to the closest of the restaurants on the main street of Coco Beach. We ate at the condo for breakfast and lunch but went out for dinner. There is a wide variety of restaurants close by and I would have to say that each and every one served an excellent meal. One thing to be aware of is that food can be quite expensive in the restaurants, and with prices presented in the local colonies it is easy to spend more that you might have expected. Overall we had a great experience and would certainly go back.

If this is your first visit to Playa del Coco, this is a great place to stay. The condos are spacious and the amenities are at your fingertips--from the pools throughout the complex to the restaurants and exercise room on site to the "expat" grocery store just outside the main gates. This unit overlooks the pool area but the palm trees and other vegetation provide some privacy. (If you want an even quieter location with easy pool access, consider building 8.) The 1/2 mile walk to Coco Beach is easy, although if you have someone in your party who finds walking on uneven road surfaces difficult or you are carrying beach gear, you may opt to use a golf cart or car. Only 30 minutes from the Liberia Int'l Airport, this is great landing place acclimate to the climate/time zone and to start your CR adventure,

Usually, when on vacation we stay at Marriott brand hotels since I have ambassador status. However, we decided to VRBO this trip. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and location of this property. Also, the property management team (Jennifer) was amazing. If you want a well kept property in prime location, then this place is for you. Will definitely stay here again!

Well appointed condo with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lovely patio with table and chairs overlooking gorgeous gardens and pool. Really enjoyed the facilities. Quiet. Close to town, groceries, restaurants, perfect place to getaway to. Loved our stay.
