About this house rental

Nestled in Ocean Pines, this lovely house for $117 per night is a great choice for your next break. Welcome to Bimini Beach House, nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac in the residential community of Ocean Pines, Maryland. The property includes all new furniture, mattresses, light fixtures, paint, and bedding for the 2021 season, as well as a loft area complete with games, puzzles, books, and gaming rockers. Prepare home-cooked meals in a kitchen that's fully appointed with all the essential appliances and cookware. Off to the side of the dining area is an enclosed deck with a picnic table - the perfect spot for enjoying steamed crabs. As an added bonus, a parking permit for the Ocean Pines Beach Club (on 50th Street and Coastal Highway in Ocean City) is included. The Ocean Pines Beach Club is an oceanfront club that features a restaurant; a bar with friendly bartenders, live music, and DJs; a pool with lifeguards; restrooms; volleyball; and cornhole games. Things to Know Full kitchen An Ocean Pines Beach Club parking permit is supplied by the owner ($60 cash deposit required) No smoking and no pets allowed *Ocean Pines properties offer options to purchase pool passes to the four Ocean Pines community pools and the Ocean Pines Beach Club pool. Pool passes are available for purchase through the Ocean Pines Association. For more information on available package options, pricing, and pool hours, contact the Ocean Pines Association directly at 410-641-7717. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This house was nicely equipped for our 5 adults and 3 kids (5, 4 and 2). The upstairs was great for the kids. There was a full bath on that level as well. The kitchen was nicely equipped to make dinners in. The only wish would be some sharper knifes.

House was great,, but not very clean. Also the toilet paper supply was poor. Some bathrooms didn't even have a full roll to start. Ice maker never refilled. Also we had to buy dishwasher pellets

We visited Ocean City during a very hot week in July. The house was in a lovely shaded neighborhood, with plenty of air-conditioning and comfortable beds. Good nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and easy drive to the beach. The house was clean and well-maintained.
