All furnishings are upscale - many custom made for this home. Powder room, sunroom and sofa sleepers are located on ground floor. King bed in downstairs master, jetted tub in the adjoining, slightly elevated bath - as well as a separate, oversized shower. Full accommodations in three bedrooms include two kings and one set of twin beds in a mini-suite. All are equipped with top of the line mattresses/linens. TVs included. HBO. WiFi. The location was excellent. Beach is within walking distance. The house is older & could use some maintenance & upgrades but overall it met our needs. The house is spacious & the grandkids loved the pool. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware. I would recommend bringing your own extra blankets & beach towels.

It’s was a wonderful location for what we were hoping for. A perfect backyard for our dogs to freely run , with a charming pool. Space big enough for our family of four to be comfortable and a well stocked kitchen. We had a wonderful stay!

The highlight is location - close to gorgeous public beach in interesting neighborhood - old Florida houses mixed with newer ones. Lots of construction.Later in the year might be better. Couldn’t use the pool because it’s not heated. The yard needs landscaping but that might be better later. The grass is bare and there aren’t enough bushes and trees to block out construction next-door and neighbors, etc. The top of a dead tree fell off during a storm. The air conditioning does not work well for a two floor house but might work better in summer months.cleanliness mostly has to do with maintenance issues. Closet doors are falling off and there was limited equipment to use inside the house for cleaning. The Swiffer had no pads, the mop was disintegrating, and the only broom was an outdoor broom. There were vacuum cleaners.Check-in was complicated by the fact that the owner got our arrival date wrong but they had previously generously agreed to let us stay an extra night at the end so from our perspective that was a wash. No written instructions on garbage pick up, pool and lawn care schedule etc. owner always responded promptly.

I have never stayed in a VRBO that I did not have to buy pots or pans to cook with. This house was fully equipped. They had two dog beds and even had water bowls and food bowls out for me. I didn’t worry about my dogs or the family. I will definitely stay at this place again and I do recommend it.
