Located in Wailua, this charming condo for $239 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Condo is located on the top - 3rd Floor- #337- Comfort of No noise above you! You'll feel truly relaxed, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and the sound of the ocean waves breaking on scenic Wailua Bay. For your convenience, we have a New Washer & Dryer in unit. (Our building B 3) is just far enough away from the neighboring restaurant, Lava Lava, that you do not hear the noise from it at night) Lae Nani is only eight short miles from Lihue Airport (LIH). The ocean view, penthouse suite allows one to have a bird's eye view of the immaculate grounds leading directly to the beach. The beach includes a rock protected pool at one end, ideal for small children. 808 sq ft-- 1 BR & 1.5 BA - Sleeps 4 in Condo, 1 Bedroom - All New luxury vinyl flooring throughout. Perfect blend with large 24inch tile flooring in kitchen entryway and bathrooms. Brand new Bamboo Memory foam Cariloha split King w/ remote to customize your base to your favorite sleep position + Super comfortable (double size) Murphy Bed/Desk combo in living room. It has an open gourmet kitchen and granite counter tops looking out to ocean, 3 large oversize swivel lounge chairs, stackable washer & dryer in unit.. The living room has sliding doors to your lanai with New outdoor loveseat or table w/four chairs to enjoy breakfast , sunrise, watching whales or sunset for cocktails. There is a new large TV in the living room and new wall mount in the bedroom. Overhead fans are in each room. For your convenience, we offer coffee/cream/sugar for first couple mornings, tea, All soaps; liquid bath, liquid hand, dish, dish washer & laundry soap. We provide baggies, cling wrap, foil, salt/pepper, toothpicks, paper plates, pitcher of filtered water in the frig & reusable bags for grocery shopping. For outside fun we offer Beach towels, 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, Tommy Bahama beach umbrella, fins, masks, snorkels, rafts, noodle, ice chests, boogie boards, hiking sticks, large rain umbrella, spike ball & bocce ball. *(Use of outside items are at your own risk and will hold owner harmless in case of injury) Lae Nani property offers a wonderful list of amenities: Gas barbecues, lighted tennis/pickle ball private court. Swim in the large, salt water, heated, ocean front pool or walk along the white sand beach affronting the property which continues to a protected cove called Baby Beach, perfect for little ones. Lae Nani is also adjacent to an ancient Hawaiian heiau. Immerse yourself in the unique culture of this area. The tradewinds provide nice cool breezes through the units and ceiling fans assist. The louvers in the Master bedroom can be opened along with the louvers in the living room to allow for the flow of air. There is an A/C unit in the bedroom. Nearby places & activities: Lae Nani condos are tucked away off a quaint side street in Kapaa, walking distance to Coconut Marketplace, Farmers Market on Tuesday & Thursdays, Passion Bakery, Imua Coffee, Bull shed, Hukilau Lanai known for their excellent local cuisine, as well as Lava Lava Beach Club right next door, with great tropical craft cocktails food & tables in the sand. Hiking, Golfing, Swimming, Snorkeling and Scuba Diving, Shopping and Dining, Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Surfing and Helicopter Rides all close by . {We are currently only renting for month long stays or longer. This property is in the perfect spot to explore Kauai. 20-30 min to the south shore, 20-30 min to the North Shore. If you stay local, you will be treated to an abundance of dining, shopping, and activities with a walk or a short drive. Couldn’t ask for more.
The condo has all that you need. Very well equipped kitchen, including all the foil, cling wrap, baggies, spices that you need. These in addition to a full set of dishes, cups, glassware, pots, pans, etc. fridge with ice maker, a couple reusable ice packs for the provided cooler to take to the beach with you. Beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel masks, pool floats, even an inflator are all provided to help your recreation and relaxation.
Condo was clean, fresh, updated, and well furnished. Everything works, screens in windows all in good repair. No complaints!
Room AC in the bedroom was a huge plus. Talked to several at the pool who didn’t have this! Super nice to turn on dot sleeping. The breeze kept the condo comfortable during the day. And the three provided fans in addition to the ceiling fans were appreciated.
Owners were fantastic to work with, checked with us on arrival to make sure all was well. Came by and fixed a burnt out light bulb, which was the only issue we had. Checkin and check out super simple.
On site pool, garbage, beach all great. Pool had some improvements in progress, but was open and in good repair. Plenty of pool chairs available whenever you needed them.

Beautiful top floor condo with all the comforts at home. Our hosts made our evening check-in easy. Was comfortable for two beds that included one Murphy bed in the living room. Views of the beautiful Pacific from the lanai. Would definitely recommend and love to book again! Nice to have food options nearby & ate at Lava Lava one night.

This was a great location to explore both sides of the island! It was only about 40 mins from the shuttle ride to Ke’e beach / haena state park! The place was very nice and clean and had a beautiful view! The host was easy to get ahold of and responded very quickly to questions!

The location is perfect. The condo is as advertised. The lanai is perfect for evening drinks and dinner. Close walk to the Coconut Market and to the Lava Lava Beach club. The air conditioner in the bedroom makes sleeping a bit more comfortable. All in all this was the perfect place to stay and the host were great to deal with. Looking forward to coming back!

The condo was absolutely pristine! We’ll stocked in the kitchen and with beach toys/chairs/umbrella/coolers, etc. we had a slight hiccup with the checkin process but Cheryl and Edigio made it right! Highly recommend staying here!

The pool is a very nice size but the temperature was a little too warm. There are 3 BBQ’ s available right next to the pool. We had to wait a short while to use them once, but all of the utensils are available. Our 3rd floor condo was cool most of the day and a portable air condition is available in the bedroom to keep cool at night. Amenities included WiFi, cable TV, dishwasher, microwave, electric stovetop and all the cooking utensils you could want. In addition, there is a washer and dryer in the condo. We were pleased to have beach chairs, beach towels and swim noodles available for our use. Sun rises were spectacular and we intend to come back soon!

I cannot even to begin to express how happy we were with this property! Everything from booking...to checking in...to checking out was easy. Great communication from the owners. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
The property itself is in wonderful condition. It has everything we needed for our 5 days there. The kitchen is nicely stocked. The furniture is comfortable. The place was very clean. The views are great! It was nice to be on the side that didn't face the pool (the pool area seemed a bit noisy whenever we walked by). The condo grounds are beautiful. Quick walk to Lava Lava Beach Club and Coconut Market Place. If I had known how nice this was going to be I would've booked our full trip here rather than splitting our time between here and the north shore.
There is a portable air conditioner in the bedroom, which was nice. But just know it is a a little loud, not a deal breaker, but an FYI. I don't think they make the portable AC units that are completely quiet.

Wonderful Getaway
The condo was comfortable, clean, and had a wonderful view. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. In fact, the entire condo was so well equipped that there was nothing lacking. The hosts were prompt in their communication.
We LOVED staying at this place on Kauai. We were there for five full days (7 nights, 6 days between check in and check out), and it was a dream of a stay. The location was perfect for us. The beach was nice, not crowded. We were close to shops and groceries.
The condo was light and airy. With the windows open, the ocean breeze kept the place quite comfortable. At night, we slept to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach.
