Nestled in Snowmass Village, this charming condo for $308 per night is a great option for your next break. This is one of only two 4BR, 3BA Snowmass Village condos (sleeps 8) in the Tamarack complex, recently renovated with an expanded kitchen. You’re steps from the swimming pool and hot tub, with the Treehouse, a large ski school and daycare facility, across the street for year-round convenience. You can't beat the location - located close to base village, the Treehouse (for kids) and there is no need for a car - you can walk to the lift, restaurants, shops, etc. INSIDE THE RENTAL Guests have access to 2 parking spaces before walking up to the entryway. A short flight of stairs finds you on the porch, where outdoor furniture for 4 and a Weber grill welcome you to the unit. Inside, you’ll find yourself in the open space living area, with the dining room to the right and lounge to the left. There are storage closets for tucking away the ski gear at the end of the day. The living room seats up to 7, with a gas fireplace to keep things cozy and a 40” Samsung TV with Blu-Ray and cable. The kitchen bar has stools for 4, but if you’re dining more formally, head over to the dining room. There, a wooden table can be used for intimate dining or expanded to fit up to 8. Keen chefs and casual cooks alike will enjoy the modern kitchen, with granite countertops and stainless steel Kitchenaid appliances, including an oven/stove and dishwasher. There’s a stacked washer and dryer in the spacious room as well. Every bedroom sleeps 2, and 3 of them are located upstairs, with the master bedroom featuring a king bed and the blissful warmth of a gas fireplace. A 20” TV with cable sits atop a desk and the tiled master en-suite has a stand up shower and single vanity. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, closet and oodles of charm. At the end of the hall is the third bedroom, also with 2 twins as well as a 20” flat-screen TV. These bedrooms share the main bathroom, with tiled floors and a stand-up shower. Back downstairs you’ll find the fourth bedroom. With a second king bed and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo, this condo is ideal for combined groups who don’t want to fight over the master bedroom! Outside amenities include the swimming pool and 2 hot tubs, just steps away from the condo and the perfect place to lie back and relax after a day on the slopes. OUR LOCATION The convenience of this location starts with the Treehouse across the street, where you can drop the kids off for a day of ski lessons. That leaves you free to hit the higher slopes, easy enough when you’re just 100 yards to the lifts. When you’ve had enough of the altitude, head into Snowmass Village. Base Village is just steps away as well as the free Gondola to the Mall where more shops, restaurants and entertainment await. There are food, wine and music festivals all year round, with the fine arts on display at the Wheeler Opera House and Aspen Santa Fe Ballet is in Aspen just a short drive or free bus ride away. With ski lifts, swimming pool and the Treehouse (main Ski School drop off and pick up point for all lessons on the mountain) all within a few yards, it’s hard to imagine a more convenient or inviting location than this renovated Tamarack condo. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We only had 4…8 would have been tight but very doable. Service was very responsive. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s supremely functional and in a good location.

We had a fantastic time in this apartment with my family for a week long. Rooms were very clean and neat. I'd like to thank Vacasa for they super services that they provided us during our trip. We will use them again for our next trip for sure!!

With the fiasco of the pandemic and the resulting requirements by Pitkin County Colorado and the resulting rules implemented by the Aspen Ski help control the covid spread. The Turn Key property management Co. of this rental unit offered no refund at all or any flexibility to help me reduce my financial loss from the rental charges of $4300.00. When I rented from Turn Key, the first of Jan. this year I was aware that this unit came with a no refund policy. However as of Jan. 17th of 2021 Pitken Co and the Ski Corp. went into code red and they were enforcing a policy of no lodging unit could have any member of a ski group staying in the same unit with different home addresses. That took my group of 8 down to two. (it they wanted to come at all).On three calls to Turn Key I was informed that there was no refund of any kind.All three times they said that my claim would be reviewed by someone and I would be called back. All three times I was refused any refund. They had no idea what the restrictions were in Aspen and did not seem to care. When I said that two of my group would qualify and maybe come, they said that was not possible as I had to be there and no one else in my group could use it if I was not there. The Pandemic and all the problems that has caused seemed to be of no consideration for my sizable financial loss. I had other reservations for this same group elsewhere but as the my group dropped in size because of the Pandemic, I had to downsize to smaller units, the previous reservations from other rental cos. refunded my money with no problems, even though they were listed as non refundable. I have been taking groups skiing in Colorado for 45 years and have never encountered such callous and uncaring rental policies.These are very unusual times for all of us, but Turn Key rental management Co. seems to not care at all. At my age maybe you understand how I feel about Turn Key Property .

Beds were very comfortable! Plenty of nice dishes, pots and pans etc. for a family of five. Heated pool and hot tub just steps away. Excellent location for skiing - basically across the street from the ski school and day care. Short enough walk 7 year old could easily carry skis/poles.

The property was great for a family or several couples as it is very quiet and well laid out. Easy Walk to the lifts, even in ski boots, and it's very quiet even though it's close to the pool and hot tubs. The condo was clean with starter supplies of shampoo, soap, etc.. Turnkey Vacation Rentals was great to deal with, very proactive, easy to communicate with, and anticipating the renter's concerns. I would rent this property again. Management by TurnKey is a plus.

The property was in a great location and overall we had a good stay. Unfortunately, the first day that we arrived, the house had not been cleaned from the prior renters. We had to do laundry ourselves to be able to sleep in the beds. Upon reaching out to TurnKey, they were very responsive and did send cleaners the very next morning. Apart from this rough start, the property was cozy and had good amenities.

We are a group of 7 friends who go on an annual ski trip and pick a different ski resort each year. This year we chose Aspen/Snowmass. This condo is in a great location as it is a short walk (even in ski boots) to the lifts. The property is managed by Turnkey and they do a great job and there is even a tablet in the room that provides access to local information and condo information. Three bedrooms are upstairs and one bedroom is located behind the kitchen. The property was clean and well maintained. The one negative is that the living room was tight for 7 adults.

THIS WAS A FANTASTIC PROPERTY!
IT WAS IDEAL BEING STEPS AWAY FROM THE SLOPES, HOT TUB AND HEATED POOL. THE KIDS LOVED HAVING ACCESS TO WIFI AND NETFLIX AFTER LONG DAYS OF SKIING. GREAT SPOT FOR SOME FAMILY TIME!

Very nice unit located close to Snowmass Village Plaza; easy walking distance. Handled six people with no problem. Keep in mind that while booked thru VRBO, it is a Turnkey property and they do not have management onsite but Tamarack manager most helpful as they provide services.

Very clean unit well located next to ski area base. No tissue supplies provided though there tissue boxes under the sinks. Did not receive parking passes and received conflicting info from property manager and rental company however this was not a problem due to high vacancy during rental period. All utilities and devices worked well.

Great ski trip!
We really enjoyed this condo! We had 5 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of beds and bathrooms. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The hot tub is literally steps from the condo. We walked everyday to the lifts which are just across the street. Our 5 and 6 year old kids easily made the walk across the street to ski school. We would rent here again!
