Our location cannot be beat- we are conveniently located near all the fun Indy has to offer! We’re located in a safe residential neighborhood on a large, spacious lot with plenty of parking. Traveling with more than 8 guests? Our home is part of a two-unit home, and the other studio unit is also available! Please let us know and we’ll send information if the other portion of our home is available. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :) -Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours. -Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself. -We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved. -Pets are welcome for a $150 fee plus $50 for each additional. Please note: 1. We must be advised in advance if you are bringing pets and the fees must be paid prior to check-in. Exceptions apply for service animals, but proof that your pet is a service animal must be provided. 2. You must clean up after your pets including bagging any waste in the yard or common areas. Cleaning up pet waste or excessive hair could result in additional cleaning fees. 3. Pets must not be left unattended at the property. 4. Pets must be leashed in areas accessible to other people. 5.
