LIVING AREA Make yourself at home in the sunlit living area, detailed with a full-size sleeper sofa and a 65” TV. KITCHEN & DINING Whip up delicious dishes in the sleek full kitchen, fitted with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Sample appetizers at the kitchen bar for three, then sit down to a home-cooked meal at the dining table for six. BED & BATH This two-story townhome sleeps up to eight guests between two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Comfort awaits in the tranquil master bedroom, appointed with a king bed and a 40” TV. The master bathroom holds a sparkling walk-in shower. The guest suite includes a king bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a 55” TV, and a private pool-view balcony with a table for four. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA Sip after-dinner drinks on your covered poolside patio. Take a dip in the shimmering resort-style pool -- 5’-deep, heated, and open year-round! Little ones will have a blast in the kiddie pool. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer. Assigned parking is available for two cars. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. THE LOCATION Spend leisurely afternoons on soft white sands -- the shore is just a 5-minute stroll. Ideal for boarders of all kinds, Whitecap Beach is known for its sizable surf. Take a trip across the causeway into Corpus Christi for a round of golf, a day at the museums, or a photo at the Selena Memorial Statue. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. I feel like I cheated on our regular condo we rent but it was unavailable for our trip. I am not upset about it. :) Location is perfect! Condo was very clean and furniture and beds were comfortable. We didn't really use the dishes or appliances but it seemed well stocked. Would have loved to have a keurig but that's just me being spoiled. Besides the upstairs showerhead not working right, the ice maker doesn't work in the fridge which was one of the 2 downsides.
Poolside was awesome and pool is so nice. We will definitely be back.

Though condo is not on the beach the walk is easy. Condo is great size and has pretty much everything you need - even beach towels!

Fantastic location! The pool is beautiful and right out the front door! The patio or second floor balcony are great places to relax in the evenings and listen to the water fall over the pool. The beach is just a few minute drive around the corner. The water was great and when we walked down the jetty we saw sea turtles and fish swimming. The bedrooms were very comfy and our daughter especially loved the bunk beds. The kitchen was great and all the decor and finishes were very nice. We have always shared this location with family and friends and we will for sure be back to enjoy it again.

This place was perfect for myself, my husband and 4 kids! Right across from the pool but very soundproof inside. Everything was comfortable and not outdated. Plenty of beds, bedding, towels, seats for eating, even has a high chair. The tvs in the bedrooms didn’t work but no big deal for us because we only watched in the living room. Kitchen had everything we needed except scissors. We will definitely be staying here again!

If you need to get away,this is the perfect escape! You are right by the pool and around the corner is Whitecap beach. The condo is super clean, comfortable, & relaxing. We had a problem late the 1st night with the TV that turned out to be a user error, but we were able to get help in the spot. Also super close to Port A. When we come back we want to stay here again.

Primarily with 2 small kids we were looking for beach front (not in the beach) within walkable distance and with swimming pool as must option. All the requirements are met with this property, smooth check-in, check-out process and pool was just infront. It was Awesome, short, sweet and memorable one for all of us. We loved our stay in Corpus Christi. Though we've vacationed in a smaller condo in the passed in this complex, our family of five really enjoyed this much larger and accommodating unit. It was well worth the cost. Peace of mind was priceless. Oh and yes, we did enjoy the beach!
