We had a great stay at the condo, comfy beds, loved having a TV in each room. The heated pool and hot tub were awesome too!

What an awesome weekend! I originally thought it would suck to be on the third floor, however, being elevated on the patio in the mornings and evenings, we could see forever. We even saw a couple of coyotes patrolling their area every evening. Kitchen was great, everything worked fine and plenty of kitchen tools to accommodate.Having two bathrooms was ideal, with two teenagers and an 8 year old, it was a necessity.Plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably with extra blankets, sheets and pillows available. Although the weather was not the best for beach activities, being able to retreat back to the condo for food and games was choice. The only negative I would have, would be the distance to the grills. I typically use a grill more that my stove or oven in the house. Having to schlep everything down stairs and across the parking lot was not ideal, but definitely doable. It’s good to have an 8 year old to run back and forth from the condo to get me grill items. My family would absolutely stay here again and recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place for good family and friend time.Thanks again The Werners

Everything was good except “the beach view” was a far stretch. The unit was very cute and clean! Loved the decorations!! There was enough bath towels for a family of 4. Short walk to the pool.

The condo was exactly as described. Really nice location and relaxing room. Awesome to have beach toys/chairs available for use during your stay. Rental itself was perfect. The only downside was the pool. It was really nice and awesome to cool off in, just needs to be regulated. Multiple times my family left the pool area due to other patrons playing inappropriate music at inappropriate levels for a public (family) place.

Excellent weather , and short walk to beach! Pool and fitness room are a plus! Endless stretch of gulf beach to explore. Friendly people and great eating choices on N Padre Island! If you are looking to relax this condo is a perfect tropical vacation. Nicely decorated and comfortable for a family of four !

This was a beautifully furnished condo. It was a nice walk to the beach. There were plenty of towels. It WAS a little difficult to climb to the third floor, as there is no elevator. Thank goodness my daughter and her husband were with us. The power was out for a while, due to heavy winds one night, but that couldn't be helped, and they restored it as soon as they could. We weren't happy with the coffeemaker. There was no insert to put the coffee filter in so it was messy to clean up. The owner said she just uses the packets of coffee in the self contained filters. We are very picky about our coffee and had brought grounds with us. In order to use them we had to go buy a basket filter to use. I would invest in a new coffee maker. The pots and pans could be updated. All in all it was a great stay and I would recommend the location.

We came down for a family vacation! The house was cute! It was in a great location, just down the road to the beach. There was lots of helpful tips throughout the condo, but they sent an text as well with all their favorite things. They were nice enough to let us use their beach stuff as well!

The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. We liked the location because we could walk to Whitecap Beach. The pots and pans could use a little updating because the coating is wearing. I would also update the coffeemaker to a 12 cups and one that you could use filters with. With 4 adults in our group, the one pot didn't go very far. The balcony was very comfortable, loved the chairs!

This was perfect. Just a few mins drive to white cap beach which is a beautiful drive on beach. We had plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. They had great amenities and even some things you can borrow for the beach like chairs and an umbrella, etc. Everything was beautiful and clean and nice. We will come back to this beach condo for future trips!

Overall the place was amazing. The owner thought of many things that would help with the stay: cooler, beach chairs, indoor games etc. The exterior of the complex looked great. I was a little nervous entering the building. The hallways had ceiling paint peeling and worn and dirty carpeting. Once entering the condo all worries went away as the condo itself was clean and beautiful.

We loved the place because the interior is updated and well equipped (although the dishwasher wasn’t working). We also loved how it is conveniently located near the beach and has a nice pool. Unfortunately, on our second night, someone continuously banged on our door at midnight and wouldn’t leave even when we told them to. We called the police who came and went. It happened again in the morning when we decided to leave one day early due to the disturbances. The problem is there is no security as to whom can go in and out of this condo community. And there is no security whatsoever on premise: you are on your own. We are a family traveling with young kids, so security is most important to us. Because of these reasons, we do not recommend staying here.

Everything was really great and relaxing. Very close to the beach. Some of the information was not correct about the properties and what was available and it was three flights up which sucked when you're lugging bags up and down but the place made our vacation pretty amazing.

It was obvious that someone put a lot of thought & care into decorations & furnishings of the condo. The unit was also very clean. I will say that the condo could use a little maintenance/updating. The a/c struggles to beat the heat of the 3rd floor a bit as well & the common area hallway appears to never get vacuumed or wiped down. As previously stated the condo itself was extremely clean & comfortable.

Had issues with thermostat. Took the owner of condo 8+ hours to respond to property manager. We were without air conditioning for the entire first night. Awaiting response to here if they are going to compensate for that.
