Occupancy: Maximum of 4 guests at all times; babies, infants, and children are included in the occupancy limit.
Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+, occupy the property for the entire stay, and children are welcome with their parents.
Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking the reservation. A signed rental agreement is required for ALL reservations. This must be electronically signed for your door code to be activated.
Security Verification: Guests must complete the required security verification process. This must be completed for your door code to be activated.
No Pets: This property is not pet-friendly; pets are not permitted.
No Smoking/Vaping/Open Flames: No smoking, vaping, candles, incense, or open flames inside the property or on balconies/patios.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM; please be respectful of neighbors and HOA/community rules.
Parties/Events: Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are prohibited.

This place was amazing! The condo was very clean with fabulous views and it was beautifully decorated. The property manager was quick with responses and the check-in process was extremely easy. The pools, sports amenities, boardwalks, etc were also clean, up-to-date, and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

Stunning beach view, very clean spacious condo, loved having the locker on the main floor for beach item storage, enough toiletries, detergent, etc for the week were provided, balcony was a little small but huge windows that were unobstructed by balcony railing provided the best views

Since you keep asking for a review, I will give you one. Our condo was very clean with all working appliances but when we walked in the door a chemical smell whacked us in the face. I work at a job with many different chemicals and I didn’t know what it was, nor would it go away. Breatheasy asked how our check in was so I told them about the smell and said they were very interested and wanted to solve the problem. We had the patio door half open most of the time to air out the condo. On the third day they dropped off an ozone machine to be run while we were out of the condo. Run a ozonator in your condo while you’re gone. Make sure you’re not in the condo so you don’t breathe the ozone. Finally air out the condo before you go back in. This was their solution to what we were breathing this on vacation. Not impressed.
