My girls and I loved staying at Nancy’s place in the colony. The home is tastefully done and amazingly had everything we needed for a 10 day stay. The home is beautiful and has many great features but my favorite were the TWO washers and dryers. Laundry has never been so quickly wrapped up! I fully intend to duplicate this at my home. The girls loved the mini golf, and the ability to use streaming services on the televisions. Communication with the host was fast and responsive to any issues. We would stay again if we ever needed to.

The place was nice, but it really could use a cleaning. The floors were terrible. My grandson knees were dirty from crawling on the floor.

This was a nice get away for our family as school will start next week for us. Pool was the reason we wanted house current temp here is 104+. Chlorine levels were really high and should be monitored but overall stay was really nice for our family. House was clean and ready for us when we got there. Thanks!

The house was perfect for our family to stay while we were in town for our daughter’s cheer competition at Ford Center. The space was very clean and the yard was well maintained. The bedrooms were perfect for the adults and children that stayed with us. We will definitely book again in the future.

Immensely disappointed upon entering the house, when I saw how dirty the walls were! To make matters worse, the first night at the house, there was a huge cockroach crawling on the wall in the living room. Needless to say, I was very grossed out! The house didn’t have any extra rolls of paper towels or small trash liners. It was a huge inconvenience to take the trash out to the bins, since the bins were behind the house. The garage was locked, and so was the backyard fence door. Hence the only way to get to the trash bins was to go around the back through a narrow dirt road alleyway.

The house was in a great area close to the wedding venue we were in town for. Lots of great restaurants near by. The house was comfortable for the 7 of us. The host was very responsive!

House is set up for a large group. Bunk beds are for kid size people not adults. We had 11 adults. Backyard is not set up for visiting- furniture is well worn. BBQ Grill is charcoal and not useable. Great location for tasty restaurants.

Spacious and conveniently located. Lots of pool floats to use which was nice. Definitely make a grocery stop if you need anything besides general seasonings but overall was a great stay for 4 adults, a toddler and a dog.

I had my bachelorette weekend at this house a few weeks ago and it was perfect. The house fit everyone very comfortably. The pictures didn't do the house justice, its so beautiful and spacious. 10/10 recommend. The pool is bigger then I thought it was going to be too!

The house was very clean and more than enough room for all of us without being on top of each other. We used the pool and backyard which worked out great for our group. The kitchen had what we needed for the meals that we cooked. Check in and out was very easy compared to a few other places we stayed.

Property was clean and well stocked with necessities. Pool was a plus but didn't get a chance to use it. Close to all kinds of amenities but tucked away in a nice quiet established neighborhood. Property owner responds quickly. We all enjoyed the master shower. Lol

Good size house, plenty of bedrooms. Fairly good location, near a walking path. Could have used a pot or two and a few more things for cooking, but what was there was nice.
