Situated in Bullhead City, this lovely house for $366 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Welcome to the Marble Canyon Resort, a sprawling 2,800 square foot haven featuring four spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, all conveniently located on one level. Our guests often share how the atmosphere here is serene and peaceful, making it the perfect spot for relaxation and unwinding. The centerpiece of our home is the impressive Olympic-sized swimming pool, beloved by visitors for its size and depth of 10 feet, making it a perfect place for leisurely swims or sun-soaked relaxation. It’s a unique feature that adds an extra layer of excitement for diving and swimming enthusiasts. If you’re organizing an event or celebration, we’ve got you covered. Our VRBO includes a large 1,000 square foot air-conditioned event room, complete with tables and chairs to comfortably seat up to 100 guests. It’s the ideal venue for hosting memorable gatherings, from family reunions to wedding receptions, in style and comfort. Our property boasts a fully equipped and stocked kitchen, ready to handle any event or party. The kitchen includes a range of appliances such as stainless steel ovens, a steel steamer, stovetops, blender, and a maker for tea and coffee. Additionally, there are three fridges and freezers, with two located in the garage. Moving outside, our private backyard offers a range of amenities for your enjoyment. You can relax in our 75-foot long pool, perfect for swimming laps. The pool, however, is not heated. You can also indulge in our hot tub, which is large enough for 8 adults and 5 feet deep. Our backyard also includes a shower and bathroom, as well as gas BBQ that can be used for a fee of $20 (please let us know ahead of time if you want to use it for your stay). Furthermore, there is a fire pit and chairs, a shaded patio area, and floaties for your enjoyment. You can also take in the spectacular views of the mountains and fantastic sunset and sunrise views! In the side yard, you'll find a sand box and jungle gym, fruit trees, and a lawn. The club house is not available for guests. If you're planning a large party, our 1,000-sq-ft air-conditioned event room is perfect for hosting. The room boasts a 65" TV, chairs and tables that can seat 100 guests, a steel refrigerator for drinks and food, and ample storage and game supplies. Finally, our driveway can accommodate all your watercraft, desert toys, and off-road vehicles, and there is plenty of parking available on the road. Experience tranquility, spaciousness, and the perfect backdrop for your next getaway or special occasion at the Marble Canyon Resort. Please let us know if you have any questions. The wind can sometimes blow leaves in the pool during your visit. We will try our best to keep it clean for your stay! The maintenance team visits the house twice a week.

Do not trust the photos. My whole life Iv spent summers in laughlin and this was our worst experience. When we got there the house was not ready. The cleaning people were still working on the home an hour after check in. The home owner bob was there to let us know one side of the home had no AC at the moment. The pool was green even after they finished cleaning it. After bob left we noticed the fridge and garage ac were also not working. He told us the garage in the garage was working but it wasnt. After being in the living room for a few hours at 89 degrees waiting to be able to turn on the ac, they asked me to turn on any fans I saw. When I went to turn on the floor fan in the living room with the fireplace a cockroach got thrown at me from inside the fan. As we chased it around the room to kill it we found more and more. We also found some inside the master bedroom closest to the kitchen. When I informed them of what I found they said, well you are in the dessert. 1 ok maybe it snuck in. In a matter of 30 minutes we found 6. And then during the night we found a couple new ones under the bed and again in the living room. We were now at 10 that we have found in just a few hours. There were ants on the counter that another reviewer had mentioned, but nothing like this. The play area had a giant whole in it with caution tape around it. There were open wires by the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi bathroom window glass was broken. We were stuck and had to stay 1 night. None of us slept.

Very nice stay, had a issue with the plumbing but nothing to worry about. Owner was on it. There was one thing I was freaked out about was the huge Roaches outside in the backyard but it’s the dessert so I understand there’s little creatures out. The family had a blast. The pool was the best part of the house.

The property was great! Plenty of parking and spacious. The pool is huge and amazing. Our kids really enjoyed themselves. It’s a good house for a large group.

We had my daughter’s graduation party here. Very nice property. The air was out in the main part of the house but the bedrooms and the garage was cool which was the most important.

We got there to start our vacation but we had to wait first because there wasn’t the things that we expected to be there. The only thing I ask the owner was to have a clean BBQ grill. It wasn’t clean and the Propane tanks were empty. The reason she gave me was that they had back to back guess. Pool wasn’t clean and the area around too.

Checkin was a breeze! The property & home were perfect!! We spent most of the time in the pool & hot tub! The set up was wonderful. Just enough of everything! Deep enough for diving. Shallow areas for the littles and the hot tub got hot in 20min. We had an epic experience here!! Plenty of bbq'ing in the back next to the pool. Comfy beds & warm showers! We loved it!!

The house was perfect, we were able to enjoy the pool/jacuzzi, kids had a blast. we were less than 2 hours from Las Vegas and we took a 1 day trip, we glance thru the magazines the owner has there and were able to find the train 🚆 to Grand Canyon. We purchase the tickets, drove to Williams, AZ and had a great 1 day trip to the Grand Canyon. Then we enjoyed the pool again, it was great for our kids Spring Break, they loved it. Not to mention it is 10 minutes from Laughlin Casinos and outlets.
