Overall stay was fantastic! Host were very nice and helpful. Rained for the most part while we were there, so didn't get to enjoy outside as much as we would have liked to. Would like to come back during the summer and stay!

This was the perfect spot to get together with some friends for a girls weekend. Maria and Todd were great hosts and helped us fix an AC issue quickly. The property was clean and cozy, and there so much to do! Would recommend to anyone, and definitely would come back!!

Our trip to Texas was for a reunion of girlfriends who met while in graduate school. There were 5 women and I also brought my 8-year old daughter. (There was supposed to be another friend with her baby, but they had to cancel at the last minute.) Our time at Todd and Maria's lake property was fun and relaxing. They have a really beautiful property with many great amenities. The room and entire house was beautifully decorated and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. It also had a pickleball court, basketball hoop, kayaks and paddleboards, and an outdoor firepit. My daughter enjoyed shooting hoops and playing pickleball with her "aunties". She also enjoyed the bunkbed and it was convenient to have a bunk room so that she and I could be nearby each other, but still have our own beds. With 3 additional bedrooms, the house was large enough for each of us to have our own sleeping space at night. We bonded in the kitchen when we cooked together and at night over s'mores at the firepit. Maria was very communicative and responsive when we had questions or needed help during our stay. She even worked to provide a pack-n-play for the baby before our arrival, despite us not ending up using it. We would certainly stay there again if we ever find ourselves getting together in Fort Worth for a future girlfriend reunion.

The property exceeded our expectations. Beautiful, open spaces. Super clean and inviting. We loved all the windows and natural light.

This beautiful home is tucked away on a quiet street lakefront, and it is absolutely gorgeous! The property is well kept, and the home includes everything you would need and more. There was plenty of room for four adults and 2 children. The fun never ends with the pickleball court/basketball court in the yard, and paddle boards/ kayaks to use as well. The host was attentive, incredibly understanding, and made our stay so enjoyable! We would highly recommend a stay here, and hope to visit again in the future!

Our son was getting married in the area and we needed a “home base”. The house has been beautifully updated and decorated. The open kitchen and family room worked perfectly for us. When we first arrived there was no water. I called Maria and she found out the city was having problems with a water main by the house. Of course, that was not any fault of hers, but she she was very helpful by keeping us updated. The water was restored in short order. Maria and her husband were easy to get in touch with and quickly responded, if we needed anything. The lake behind the house is beautiful, but we were so short on time we didn’t really get to enjoy it. It’s definitely a place to enjoy nature and there are multiple opportunities to do so. We would love to schedule another trip just to enjoy the house and all it has to offer!

We enjoyed our stay this weekend with 2 families of 4. The house was spacious, well stocked and there was something for everyone to do. Maria was very responsive and proactive in sharing details about the house before our arrival. The kayaks and boards were a huge hit with the kids and the upstairs area for them to retreat was great. I would have loved to have some sort of shades on the big windows where the bunk beds are as the view is beautiful but the kids were up extra early from the sunlight. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!

We had an amazing time at this lakefront property! The inside of the house was absolutely beautiful. We loved being able to play pickleball on property & that the court was lit. The beach area was also super convenient for swimming and pulling up the boat/jet skies! Definitely would come back here again!!!

We absolutely loved our stay here. First off, the owners are a dream to work with and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is special.
Highlights for us include the pickleball court, water toys like kayaks and paddleboard, the open concept kitchen and the expansive backyard.
We wish we could have stayed longer.

This Lakehouse was absolutely gorgeous!
The photos do not even do justice to this property. Tranquil, peaceful, plenty of room and entertainment. Perfect location. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room.
Owner of property was so helpful and nice. Very easy check in and out. I will definitely look at this property again in the future.

Hosted a trip with a group of friends, and we absolutely loved our stay here. It would be perfect for a family get together as well. The house is beautifully furnished and there was so much open space to hang out and catch up with old friends. Maria was a very responsive host, and the check in process was very easy. The pictures don’t do the property justice, the house had large open areas great for a family get away. The rooms and beds were super comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen had everything you need and the coffee bar was awesome. The arcade game was super cool as was the wii. It’s nestled in a cove and had a great beach areas for the kids to play. They also lent us a big paddle board my kids had a great time on. If you have water toys they have a place to keep them as well as a boat launch. The sport court was great too. It’s a great area to sit outside with a fire or to watch the 14 deer run through the yard as well as seeing some beavers swimming back and forth. The owners had a super easy check in and were very responsive and friendly. Can’t wait to go back!

House was a bit dated and somewhat scarce in amenties, especially in the kitchen. Bare minimum, old, and sometimes dirty cookware.
House lacked a few basic items like soap and shampoo in one bathroom, extra toilet paper, paper towels, extra trash bags.
And we were not allowed access to any fun things like tubes or other basic things to enjoy the lake.
All in all, pretty minor inconveniences at a spacious property with nice tv entertainment, ample bedding, a great sprawling yard with grill and fire pit, and a nice view of the lake.

We loved staying at the lake and were able to keep a boat and jet skis on property! We played so hard and had a great kitchen to feed our group. The breeze off the water keep us cool outside while the weather was really hot. Allen really helped with anything we needed. Thanks so much!

This lake house is "on the water" as advertised. If you enjoy fishing and boating, it is a great place for you! The house is very spacious and well-kept. The neighbors are friendly and helpful as is the owner. I would recommend this rental. It is a great value for the price!

We are a group of cousins 54-86 that love to get together to visit, laugh, cry and play games. This place was perfect. Plenty of room to gather, a table to play games on and the weather was just right to sit outside and enjoy the lake in the morning and the evening.
