The garage will be locked for owner use. PRIVATE PARKING: Parking is on the driveway only. Note that street parking is not allowed. There are 2 parking spaces on the driveway and a cement paved space which can fit an additional car. This home is in a quiet, family community. No parties, no events, no drop by guests. If any complaints are received or if there is any tampering with the security cameras and noise monitoring device, you will be asked to vacate immediately WITHOUT REFUND. **Guests will not have access to the neighborhood community pool. However, there is a public splash pad in walking distance at the Lake Park.
