We enjoyed our two day stay at this lovely house. It was so big and it had so much space for all of our family and friends. Also to mention the backyard where you can do so many activities with family and friends very spacious. The neighborhood was great very calm and felt welcoming . The Host was also very helpful and always getting back to me fast when I had any questions . I recommend.

The home is beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice! There was nothing wrong with the house other than the location and the very few cleaning supplies there were. I highly recommend the host to put a vacuum or extra cleaning supplies other than a broom!

Overall this is a nice updated modern home. Booked this home specifically for the 25 guest occupancy and small event gathering permit. Few issues that made the stay uncomfortable: There is not a reasonable amount of parking given the occupancy permitted. There is no street parking allowed which was not stated in the description and was not told until the morning of check-in. During the gathering, the host seemed anxious that an overnight occupancy limit would be broken as he was watching our guest entry through the ring doorbell. He stated that he was worried it would go beyond 25 guests (40-50) and threatened to cancel which undoubtedly caused me as the host to panic hosting people from out of town. However, we had under 25 guests, and did not have loud music or any other violation to cause immediate concern. It was annoying and unsettling to disturb my attention to my guests to text the host back and forth trying to assure no rules were being broken. For 20 permitted overnight guests, there was only 1 towel per the 5 beds and no hand towels (leaving my guests to shower with their hands.) There were stains on one of the beds, dried food on the few dishes supplied, and no cleaning supplies (mop, broom, wipes, spray, 1 paper towel roll) For a 3 day stay, there was nothing to clean minor and expected debris. The electrical outlets were not working upstairs, leaving my guests to move downstairs to use any hair appliances. Communicating with the host on day 2 with pictures, he mentioned that my complaints were hard to believe being that it had been 24 hours of 25< people. After much debriefing, he sent a cleaner to drop off towels & a broom but no mop. The host did allow us to leave the gathered trash by the door instead of outside, and leave a little after check out which was helpful. For the hefty price we paid to stay, overall, could have been a better more comfortable experience had there not been a lack of supplies, electrical issues and was not interrupted by worry from the host.
