Situated in Barnstead, this attractive house for $360 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This home at Halfmoon Lake is your retreat from it all. The beautifully updated multi-level home has everything you need to ensure a relaxing and fun vacation. You will get waterfront views of the lake, plenty of yard for outdoor activities, and a boat dock (removed mid-September yearly) for fishermen or watersport enthusiasts during the available seasons! There is a multi-use game room that has everything from board games to foosball and a pool table. The home comes with a canoe and kayak for use, a huge 105” remote controlled drop-down TV screen, remote controlled blinds, propane fireplace for use while lounging on the large deck and a well-stocked kitchen. Come and enjoy this clean and inviting home! NHMR LIC #101258 Other things to note: The owner has cats and when they stay on site they often bring them along. While are homes our professionally cleaned, it is likely that some dander is within the air. For those reasons if you are allergic to animal hair, this home may not be suitable for your needs. The dock at this property (pending ice out) will be set in place for a rental start date of May 21 each year. In addition, the dock will be usable and in until October 15th Please refrain from using the Fireplace as it's currently out of order.

The house was very clean and had plenty of space for nine people. The lake access was perfect. The weather was spotty but the game room kept the kids busy on the rainy days.

even during the aftermath of snow storm and some cold temperatures stay was enjoyable. plenty to do inside and everyone had some quiet space to go to when needed. game room was AWESOME!!!

Only 3 of us ended up staying here - but it was perfectly set up for many more to stay comfortably. We were here for a sad event. It was the perfect healing space for us. Tranquil, and nice❤️

Had a great week in this property with a large group of 4 adults and 6 teenagers. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and find their own place to relax. Good kitchen with plenty of equipment and multiple places to sit and eat. Loved the gas fireplace on the deck and floating on the lake. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

The accommodations were wonderful for our family of 10. Our time together there will be a memory cherished forever! Amazing view, private little beach to swim, fish from dock or kayak/canoe. If there’s bad weather the awesome activity room upstairs will keep everyone occupied from playing pool/foosball and watching tv. However, if the house looses power, there will be no AC or running water as the water is pumped from the lake as we experienced that on one of the hottest days during our stay. Would recommend if you enjoy the outdoors, lake and fun family time as much as we do!

LOVED the house, location, amenities, etc.! Situated on a quiet, beautiful lake and house has everything you need (canoes, fire pit, games, etc.) House layout is great for groups since you can really spread out. We did have quite a few issues with the mechanics of the house itself (laundry room flooded, fridge stopped working, kitchen sink backed up easily) but mgmt was quick to respond and very helpful in finding solutions.
