On Kaua’i’s picturesque north shore, a popular destination due to its lush green cliffs and stunning sunsets, sits beautiful Lani Oasis. This four bedroom, three bath home has family-friendly features including a fenced-in salt-water pool, bunk bed room, and plenty of space. The scenic town of Princeville has offerings that will please the whole family, such as horseback riding on a working ranch and chocolate tasting in an exotic garden. A rock wall encloses the backyard pool at Lani Oasis and the lush, green palms beyond make it feel like a true island paradise. The adults will enjoy the waterfall feature in the pool’s deep end, while the kids are safe in the separate wading area. All-new outdoor furniture provides the perfect atmosphere to lounge poolside in style or enjoy a meal cooked on the patio grill. Rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading inside via the sliding glass doors. The large great room lies beneath a beautiful, vaulted wood ceiling with contrasting white beams giving the space an open and cohesive feel. The lovely bay window provides natural light and backyard views while sitting at the dining room’s large farmhouse-style table. The fully equipped kitchen has ample counter space including two separate breakfast bars. The brand-new stainless-steel appliances and cabinets stocked with cookware and kitchenware provide everything you need to whip up something delicious. The large windows in the adjacent living room bring a sense of the outdoors in while also being equipped with room-darkening blinds to enhance enjoyment of the giant flatscreen TV that rounds out the impressive great room. The spacious primary suite has another high-beam vaulted ceiling and includes a king-size bed, stressless leather lounge chairs, and a large closet for all your belongings. The sleek primary ensuite has dual vanity sinks, a sizable walk-in double shower, and access to a private lanai near the pool. The elegant junior primary suite has access to the pool area via a glass slider and has a spa-like ensuite with a walk-in tile shower and a freestanding soaking tub. The remaining guest bedroom -- one with a queen-size bed and private lanai, and the other with two sets of bunk beds -- share a full-size hallway guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Split air conditioning units, ceiling fans, and TVs come standard in all the bedrooms. Kaua’i is well-known for its lush landscapes and slow-paced lifestyle, so take your time as you enjoy the beauty of the north shore. Princeville Ranch offers you the chance to feel like a paniolo (Hawaiian cowboy) when you ride through their working cattle ranch with the majestic Hanalei Mountains as your backdrop. Explore the Princeville Botanical Gardens where you’ll discover more than 600 varieties of exotic plants and have the opportunity to sample local fruit, honey, and chocolate. On your way back to Lani Oasis, stop at the Princeville Center to dine at one of the neighborhood restaurants, pick up groceries, or browse some of the local shops for gifts to take home to friends and family. This lovely home is fully equipped with beach towels and chairs, a cooler for trips to the beach, two sets of washers and dryers, and two pack ‘n plays to ensure that your family can enjoy all that the island has to offer! This property does NOT have air conditioning in the living room or dining room. AC split systems are only in the bedrooms. Garage is NOT available. Ping Pong table and Beach Items are in the garage. Parking is available on the driveway only. This property has surveillance cameras pointing to the exterior of the home for security purposes. Please be advised that pool heat is NOT included in the rental rate. If you are interested in heating the pool, kindly contact us for more details regarding our pool heat policy. Also note that not all pools on Kauai have the option for heating. Please do NOT assume that pools are automatically heated for guests. Pool heat requests are subject to an additional daily charge and must be requested two weeks prior to arrival. Please note, mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for stays of 10+ nights. For stays of over 21 nights, two mid-stay cleanings are required. Any mandatory mid-stay cleaning charges will be included in your reservation quote based on your length of stay. We had a wonderful stay while in Princeville, Kauai. The house was perfect for our family of 8. The kitchen is stocked with everything we would need and the beds are really comfortable. We were able to connect with our agent for a few hiccups and had them resolved quickly. Would recommend this place of paradise!

This house is perfect for up to 10 people. There is plenty of room for gathering and enough privacy to get away. The grandkids loved the pool. The owners did a marvelous job with quality furnishings. A good time was had by all.

We absolutely LOVED our stay. Perfect location, close to golf course, beach, Princeville bike path/walking path literally just down the street. The photos are great but the layout and space is even better than what photos present. Pool is perfect for the kids young and old, and the sitting outdoor area has a roof so you can grill and eat outside in the rain. The rooms are laid out so it’s super private. There are two pack n plays and a high chair for those with small kids. But the best part was how responsive the property manager was with any questions. We LOVED our stay and would definitely come back again.

The location of the house was perfect - near to a small shopping center with grocery store, close to Hanalei beach which is fantastic for small kids, and close to two hikes to the beach one being Queens Bath. The house layout was great for 3 generational family - two master bedrooms and 2 kids rooms with their own bathroom. The amenities in the house were all brand new and included many items with small children in mind. The pool was fabulous and the addition of the fence/gate was welcome with small kids. The attention and service of Elite Pacific vacations was superb. The only draw back was no air conditioning in the main part of the house but if you opened up the windows there was a nice cross breeze. The bedrooms were all air conditioned. I would definately recommend this house to anyone and look forward to returning again sometime in the near future.

Really enjoyed the stay — beds were comfortable, pool and outdoor patio area were great, ample room for the 6 adults and 4 kids/teens in our party to spread out or come together for dinner. Communication with hospitality team was top notch.

We LOVED this home. My wife and I and our 5 kids (ranging from 7-16) all settled into this beautiful home so comfortably. The pool was fun to jump into at the end of the day and just look out at in the evening. So nice that there was a ping pong table in the garage and thankful for the snorkelling gear that we used in Poipu Beach. The whole neighbourhood is beautiful, we walked to the free hula show at the princeville shopping centre and enjoyed a walk down to Wyllie’s Beach. While many of our day trips were in the south or east sides of the Island, we would definitely enjoy staying here again.
