The home features a comfortable and inviting open concept and cozy gas fireplace in the living room, and a second gas fireplace in the lower level family room. Room for 8 and situated almost a mile in the woods, you'll embrace all the quiet and peacefulness you've been hoping for. If you've been looking to get away this home is one not to miss. Come stargaze at night, and watch the wild life stroll by as you sit on the large deck. The over sized driveway has an abundance of space for multiple vehicles, and/or boats. We just ask that you do not drive or park on the lawn. Our home is dog friendly as long as your four legged kids are housebroken and well behaved. Owner is a licensed Real Estate Broker.

The cabin is located a mile into the woods upon a rise that overlooks a large field. Great for wildlife (deer, coyote, turkeys). Large porch great for sitting or star gazing. Cabin is clean and in excellent condition. Beds very comfortable, Bathrooms clean and roomy, up to date appliances, great entertainment room downstairs. Never runs out of hot water. Nice gas fireplace in living room for warmth and ambiance. Definitely will be returning

Very clean, private. Had a game room with foosball which the kids loved. We also enjoyed the roominess and the outdoor fire pit. It also had a washer and dryer, outdoor bbq and firewood for sale locally. We took our 5 grandkids ages 5-10 and it was perfect for us.

We had such a great time at the cabin. It was very clean and well stocked. The property was beautiful. Our kids and dogs loved it! We made several trips into Plattsburgh..about 15 min away. Lots of places to eat/shop there. We also enjoyed going to Ausable Chasm..30 min away and Whiteface Mountain…almost an hour away. The kids enjoyed the beach at Point At Roche State Park. If you take the ferry to Vermont, it’s worth the trip to the Essex/Charlotte crossing…the views are great. I would highly recommend staying here.

We have stayed in a lot of vacation rental properties. We have been doing this way before it was cool. We like to go places that are pet friendly, have multiple bathrooms & bedrooms, and a nice kitchen. These are the amenities that hotels don’t offer, so we rent houses. The Little Pine Loj fulfilled all of the above and much more. It is in our top 3 favorite places we’ve stayed. If there was a hot tub, it might’ve been our #1! ;) What a gorgeous place to recharge and relax! As an added bonus we got “snowed in” and it felt like we were in a snow globe for a whole day. Cory was very hospitable and made sure we had propane the night we arrived and also the night of the snow storm, so we could have the fireplace running. He also came up to plow when the snow storm ended. Our dogs LOVED the area to roam freely and we loved walking in the snow with them through the field. The cabin faces east so we had beautiful morning sunrises and on the clear days we could see Lake Champlain and the mountain ranges in Vermont. Lastly, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We didn’t even eat out. We cooked the whole time during our stay. I recommend this place for families with pets & kids, to people who love the silent serene environment of the forest, and those who seek rustic luxury at an affordable price. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the area in the future.

This was just what we needed for our winter break. The cabin is remote and private placed in a beautiful wooded setting. We did day trips to Montreal, Burlington and Lake Placid. Every evening we came home and played games as a family in front of the fireplace. Our dog was also living her best life on her dog bed in front of the fire. We will definitely come back! Highly recommend!

Very great place to stay while you are in the Plattsburgh area. Only 15 min drive to the city center and you have a very private, cozy and well furnished lodge. Amy was also a very good host. I strongly recommend this place.

Property is amazing. Everything is available to make yourself at home. From bbq to cooking facilities And a great out door fireplace to watch the stars at night. Stars I use to see in my childhood days. Great place. Would rent it again. Everyone loved it.

This cabin was everything we were all hoping for and more. The property was so secluded and beyond peaceful. It was very clean with plenty of room and everything we needed. We had a really fantastic stay. The house was very clean and was a bit bigger in real life than it looked in the pictures. We stayed with two adults and two children and had plenty of room. The highlight for us was the outside deck which looks over a large field, stargazing in comfort at night was fantastic. The kids enjoyed running around outside and exploring. No complaints about the house at all! We would not hesitate to stay here again when we're back in the area.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beautiful views. We were here for a fishing tournament and the property provided plenty of parking and power for our boats. The owner checked in frequently to make sure we did not need anything. It was a great week!

I travel as part of my living (professional bass angler) and stay in 6-10 VRBO rentals per year. Little Pine Loj is beautiful, has a great deal of room, and you cannot beat the view. The beds are all very comfortable, and per my wife, the decor is fabulous! Our group especially appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was. We truly did not want for anything during our stay. Amy was a wonderful host, and we will definitely be booking with her again for our next Lake Champlain tournament.

This place is amazing. It is peaceful and relaxing. A great place to get away but still close enough to everything. Amy and Cory were very helpful. They checked on us to make sure that we are enjoying our stay and if we needed anything. They were quick to reply. We would very much recommend this to anyone who needs to get away!! Loved it!!

Cabin is exactly as advertised. Private, quiet, very well-maintained. Outfitted with lots of modern day bonuses like air conditioning and large screen tvs and wifi, but still quaint, cozy and low-key. Amy was very helpful re: check-in.

We were so happy we stayed here. Anything and everything we needed was provided. The morning sun through the windows warmed us, the deck was fantastic for our puppy, and walking around the property was just what we needed. The turkeys were gobbling too. The loj is private and a short drive into town. Our questions were answered promptly too. Thank you for a great weekend!

From the booking to the check-in to check-out the host was great. The cabin was perfect for a winter weekend with a large covered porch to shelter us upon arrival and large windows in the family room to watch the snow while sitting by the fire. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and kitchen. Great experience!

I have stayed a lot of different places around the country and this easily is in the top 5 for me. The cabin is very well maintained, clean and welcoming. Amy and Corey are phenomenal! They are super attentive and extremely helpful. If you have the opportunity to stay here I highly recommend it.
