DOWNSTAIRS LAYOUT: The first level of the home is comprised of a living room that open up into the kitchen, dining table with seating for 6, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room with washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms (one with a Queen bed, the other with 2 Twin beds) and a full size Bathroom. The couch in the living room turns into a sleeper sofa. The front patio of the house has outdoor seating. Enter the backyard through the doors by the dining room area. This will lead you to a fully fenced in backyard where you will find a grill, picnic table, fire pit with seating surrounding it and a hammock. Easy to get into the house via a keypad entry, so no keys to worry about. Please note the fireplace is not available for use and you will need to bring your own propane tank for the grill. UPSTAIRS LAYOUT: Walk up the stairs and you will find the master bedroom which includes a comfortable King size bed, Smart TV with apps and a Futon couch. There is also a full size bathroom with a shower/tub combo. GETTING AROUND: Vibrant East Nashville will be right at your fingertips and you're only a short Uber/Lyft ride away from anywhere in the city! We are also located a few miles from some incredible outdoor spaces! Shelby Bottoms Park, Centennial Park, Radnor Lake and Percy Warner Lake are all surrounding the city. Shelby Bottoms Greenway is the absolute perfect place to go for a walk, hang up your hammock or enjoy a picnic with a book in the outdoors. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, peaceful and easy to navigate. If you want to be able to enjoy everything the city has to offer but, be able to come home to a quiet and peaceful place to sleep and relax at the end of the day, this is the perfect place for you! ALL ANIMALS MUST be approved in advance of your booking. Don't try to sneak an animal in - we will know and you will get charged a large fee if you do! Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds. You must pick up any paste waste left in the yard and throw away in the trash can. $125 pet fee that must be approved prior to your stay. You will have 100% access to this home. There is a keypad entry, so no keys to worry about and easy access into the home. **Please note that a required $400 damage deposit hold will be placed on your card prior to check in. Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times. This is monitored with outside cameras. No locals are allowed to book this home. ALL Pets must be approved in advance of booking. We have a $125 pet fee and do not allow animals to go on the furniture or beds. Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit. No loud noise at nighttime.
