It is a very friendly neighborhood making it a perfect spot for the family. This house has unobstructed views of Manito Park which is home to 78 acres of native and cultivated landscape and 20 acres of world class botanical gardens. All of our Rental Units are smoke-free environments. Including the entire Rental property. 3. Pets are NOT allowed in this Rental Unit for any reason. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in the immediate termination of your reservation without a refund. 4. Your trip details should already be complete. If they aren’t, just go ahead and message us! 5. Your friend, your responsibility. Pretty simple: if you invite them to your Rental Unit, you’re responsible for their actions. 6.
